ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, while enclosing the relevant material and
records, the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Department,
Vijayawada has submitted that the proposal for the panel of Executive Engineers,
for promotion to the category of Superintending Engineers, RWS & S for the panel
year 2024-2025.
2. In the [Link] 3rd read above, six sets of DPC proposals in the prescribed
proforma was sent to the General Administration (Ser-E) Department, for
preparation of the panel of Executive Engineers for promotion to the category of
Superintending Engineers for the panel year 2024-2025, Rural Water Supply &
Sanitation Department and they were requested to place the said proposal before
the Screening Committee (DPC) for consideration and communicate its proceedings,
for taking further necessary action in the matter.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the General Administration (Ser-E)
Department, have informed that the Departmental Promotion Committee meeting
for preparation of panel of Executive Engineers, RWS & S for promotion to the
category of Superintending Engineers, RWS & S for the panel year 2024-2025 has
been held on 05.08.2025 and the committee after going through the ACRs, relevant
records and other material papers of all the eligible Executive Engineers (RWS&S)

in the seniority list and after making an overall assessment of their service record
and work done and recommended that the following names are included in the
panel of Executive Engineers, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, fit for promotion
to the category of Superintending Engineers, for the panel year 2024-2025:-

4. After careful examination of the entire issue, Government hereby accept the
recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and approve the
above said names of the Executive Engineers for promotion to the category of
Superintending Engineers for the Panel Year 2024-2025, subject to
directions/outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/CAs/SLPs etc., if any, pending before the
Hon'ble Judicial Forums.
5. The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department,
Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter and to furnish
necessary proposals to Government accordingly.
