Other terms and conditions :


1. This cost sheet is Exclusively for Subvention / PREEMI Scheme Only and valid for 48Hrs from the date of Issue.
2. This unit Cost Includes Club Membership, Single Covered Car parking, Privilege Location Charges, WEPSAI, Documentation Charges.

3. The payment Should be made by way of account payee Demand Draft / Local Cheque Favouring "ALLIANCE INN INDIA THE WORLD OF JOY Collection A/c : 120024023030"

4. GST @5% of the property cost is applicable & to be paid with every installment.
5. Corpus fund ₹ 50/- per sft. On saleable area to be paid 15 days ahead of registration date.

6. Advance maintenance charges for 24 months @ ₹ 72 per sft. on saleable area to be paid 15 days before the registration date along with applicable GST.

7. The applicable taxes on 24 months maintenance amount are to be paid as per the statutory norms at the time of registration.
8. Stamp Duty & other statutory fees/taxes as applicable to be paid 15 days before the registration date on Actuals.
9. TDS (as applicable) on the sale consideration is to be deduced from every milestone payment and the same to be remitted directly to the IT department on the builder's permanent Account
Number ( PAN No.), by the buyer and submit the signed form 16B with the builder.
10. The GST, Stamp Duty etc, is subject to change from time to time based on government norms without any prior notifications.

11. The Customer Contribution Mentioned in the milestones are tentative and based on self-contributions. They are subject to the sanction of a loan Covering 80% of the total property cost.
