Activities at the start of the day
1 Replenish the washing solution bottle.
2 Start up the analyser. Perform the warm-up with the programme.
3 Execute 2 Conditioning cycles.
4 Check the reagent volume.

Activities at the end of the day


1 Switch the analyser by executuing the Stud-down with the programme.
2 Empty the high contamination bottle.
3 Remove calibrator, controls and samples from the rotor.

Activities to be executed every week


1 Execute change Reaction Rotor by program menu.
2 Clean the working surface.
3 Clean the all Needle. When the analyzer is Off state, raise all needles and clean them with a guaze and diluted bleach, and dry with another gauze
with distilled water.
4 Perforrm cleaning procedure of mixer paddle during Shutdown.
5 Perform wash to all fan filters with water and reinstalled after dried.

Activities to be executed every month


1 CLEANING FAN FILTER : The filter is on the back of the analyzer. Remove the plastic cover by pulling lightly to access the filter change or clean
the dust of the fan. To clean the filter, wash it with water and let it dry before replacing it. Replace the filter in its housing.
2 Put the plastic cover back in position.
