As the only responsible party for a correct application, you must keep in mind
the following instructions and prescriptions:
the supporting structures made by the user must have, in
function of the dimensions and the conditions of the link, the stability
and the capacity suitable for the forces exerted by the elevator or its
supports, so that the tensions in these structures are
within the permissible limits established for the respective
materials according to the standards of good practice. To allow the
execution of the necessary calculations, in the illustrations that appear
the following are the forces exerted in the different cases, in
relation to the links; - the purchase or use of the incomplete machine and
therefore devoid of one or more necessary accessories for the
security or for the installation and stabilization turns the user into
solely responsible for the use, and releases the construction company
of all responsibility in this regard.

installation
For the assembly of the different parts and the installation of the stand, proceed
in the following way:
1. Open the arms of both frames at the same time, then turn them over.
and keep them upright (fig. 1);
2. position the displacement crossbeam inside the frames,
matching the fixing holes (correcting if necessary the
opening of the arms) and ensuring that the closed side of it is
oriented as shown in fig. 1;
3. firmly attach the crossbar to the frames, inserting the eight
screws (which are supplied with the stand) into the mounting holes and
tightening them thoroughly with the corresponding nuts, using wrenches

Stabilization using anchors
Install at the base of the rear frame struts, as shown in
Fig. 4, the ring staples (provided on request from the Company
construction) tightening the fastening screws thoroughly. Then proceed with the
anchoring by connecting the clamps to a stable structure using chains or
stirrups, following the calculations and instructions provided by a technician
enabled by the law, who will have to issue the corresponding certificate,
The following table details the actions taken on the support plane of the
lower extremities of the easel's frames, as well as those that must
compensate to achieve stabilization, for the two loading conditions:

Commissioning
To operate the machine, it is essential to follow certain rules.
fundamentals:
1. Check again the stability and correct positioning of the structure's anchors.
important;
2. ensure that the line voltage is in accordance with that of the motor. Machines with
three-phase motor provided with a pre-wired connection for 380V. If necessary
to use them with a three-phase voltage of 220V, it would be necessary to modify the connection in the
interior of the junction box;
3. connect the elevator to the power supply with the appropriate plug, making sure
that the outlet is powered by an electrical cable with conductors of
appropriate section, specifically such that it prevents a voltage drop greater than 4%.
Also check the efficiency of the connection, as mentioned before.
to the ground connection;
4. If the elevator has a three-phase electric motor, ensure that the direction of
the engine rotation is correct and in accordance with the order given on the control panel. In

interior of the network connection socket or inside the junction box of the
motor, The non-compliance with said prescription will cause a lack of operation
at the end of the ascent, with the corresponding danger for the personnel and the
damages to the elevator and the material transported in it;
5. check that by unwinding the cable to the point of maximum planned travel,
at least three turns of wire should remain wound on the drum that should not be removed
never cancel. The violation of this rule and the consequent
complete unwinding of the cable will cause an abnormal tension at the joint
from the cable to the drum and the possibility of winding in the opposite direction, with
functional exchange between the up and down buttons and the disconnection
of the service at the end of the ascent journey,
5. Do not touch and do not bring clothing or objects close to moving parts.
during the machine operation;
6. Do not use the elevator in areas with explosive atmosphere;
The elevator is equipped with a lever and a safety device that
they stop the machine's journey at the point of maximum ascent, but
it is advisable to avoid their intervention by stopping the lifting of the load beforehand;
8. To stop the elevator's journey, it is generally enough to simply stop
press the button used. If a STOP was necessary
EMERGENCY, disconnect the power supply immediately;
9. during and immediately after using the elevator, it is necessary to avoid the
contact with the engine casing, which can reach temperatures
quite high, which is equipped with blades and external ventilation.
To ensure good performance and a long life for the machine it is
it is necessary to respect the engine's intermittence, avoiding its continuous use at
maximum speed
10. carefully avoid the steel cable from overlapping during
the elevation, If this occurs, unroll it completely and roll it up

produced repeatedly, one must seek the cause in the position not
horizontal of the elevator, In such a case it is necessary to adjust the structure of
Support it so that the elevator achieves horizontal position again;
1 1, periodically check the condition of the steel cable. In case that
will show signs of wear or breakage of some thread, proceed to the
IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT with another cable with the same characteristics
that the original (see the plate), with the same length and with the ends
opportunely blocked to prevent the opening of the braid. It is
absolutely prohibited to replace the cable with another of greater length
installed by the construction company, in order to prevent that the
mechanical organs and the engine become overloaded,
For the replacement of the cable, operate as follows:
- Remove the two mounting screws from the front bracket and separate it.
flange cover;
- remove the stop plaque, extract the wedge from its base and eliminate the
old cable; starting from the inner hub of the drum and passing through the
corresponding hole, pull one end outwards from the flange
of the new cable and fix it using the wedge and the stop plate,
thinking about it strongly;
The lubricant in the reducer box guarantees a duration of up to
minus 5,000 hours of effective work; therefore, none is needed
additional lubrication operation during that time;
13, constantly check the proper functioning of the braking system.
In case of detecting anomalies, intervene as soon as possible by following the
instructions found in this post, in the section
REGULATION OF ENGINE BRAKE
a braking action that is too low would not allow the suspension of
the load, which would tend to decrease once the engine is stopped;
In case of a too strong braking action, the brake would activate.
even with the engine powered, generating overloads and
overheating in this, as well as the wear of the brake itself.
The braking dimension is regulated, with the engine not powered, by acting on
the appropriate adjustment screw (VR):
To increase the braking action, you need to turn the screw clockwise.
counterclockwise (a maximum of one turn);
To reduce the braking action or unlock the engine, it must be turned.

The wear of the shoe lining is due to irregular functioning of the
brake. In that case, it is necessary to adjust the rear nut (4) of the
next way:
remove the fan cover (1) and the fan (2); loosen the three
hexagonal head screws (3);
tighten all three screws (3) fully; reassemble the fan (2) and
