Academic Timeline Explanation
This is Aditi Saha Sreya; My Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) was completed on the 8th
February 2023. I am explaining the timeline after that with this letter.
i. HSC Result Published: 8thFebruary 2023
ii. 1st Attempt PTE Test Date: 1 June, 2025
iii. My 1st Attempt IELTS on: 3 May, 2025
iv. Other Explanations: I participated in university admission tests throughout the year
2024, from January to December. Below is a list of the universities along with the
dates on which I took their admission tests.
1. Admission Test for BRAC University
Exam Date & Time: 28th April 2023, Morning 10.00 am
2. North South University (NSU).
Exam Date & Time: 27th May 2023, Morning 10.00am to 1.00 pm.
3. University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB).
Exam Date & Time: 13th July 2023, Morning 10.25 am to 11.25 am
4. Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST)
Exam Date & Time: 8th August 2023, Morning 9.30 am to 11.30 am
5. Independent University Bangladesh (IUB)
Exam Date & Time: 9th September 2023, Morning 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
v. Gap– Explanation :
After completing my HSC examination on 8 February 2023, I appeared for university
admission tests and was admitted to Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in the
Department of Microbiology. I successfully completed one year of study at IUB. During
this time, I had already planned to continue my higher education in Australia.
However, due to my mother’s illness, I had to temporarily put my plans on hold. She
was suffering from severe leg pain, and after medical consultation, she underwent
surgery. Following the doctor’s advice, she required extended bed rest until her leg
fully recovered. As the eldest child in my family, it was my responsibility to take care
of her during this critical period. Because of this, continuing my semester became very
difficult. Even though I managed to complete the Autumn 2024 semester, I eventually
had to take a semester break to look after her full-time
During this break, I did not waste my time. Alongside caring for my mother, I also
focused on preparing for my future studies in Australia. I enrolled in an IELTS
preparation course, sat for the IELTS exam, and later practiced for and attempted the
PTE exam as well. This allowed me to stay on track with my academic goals while
fulfilling my family responsibilities.
Now that my mother’s health has improved, I am ready to resume my academic
journey and pursue my higher education in Australia with full dedication.
vi. Admission in Bangladesh: I Got admission in Bachelor of Science in
Microbiology at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in the from fall 2023
Semester, My ID Number is - 2312467, in there i completed 4th Semester. My student
account email: 2312467@[Link] And I am currently studing in my 5th semester.
vi. Admission process for Australia: June 2025 - Present.
The above-mentioned timeline explains my activities after getting my HSC result on
the 8th February 2023. All the documents are also at hand and provided for your kind
