Meeting and Card Giving
I. Introduction
Last February 21, 2025, Grade 7 Diokno of As-Is Integrated School
conducted its Third Grading Period Parents' Meeting and Card Giving in
recognition of the role that excellent parent-teacher partnership plays in student
success. Mostly of the parents were present in the meeting, which was led by the
class adviser, began at three o’clock in the afternoon.
Important educational initiatives, student development, and methods
parents may help their children study at home were all discussed. The primary
purpose of the meeting was to distribute report cards for the Third Grading
Period, which allowed parents to examine their child's academic progress and
discuss any concerns with the subject teacher and adviser.
The adviser led a prayer as she started the meeting.

Parents’ Role in Students Performance
Followed by the discussion of the meeting agenda, the adviser announced
the students who received Perfect Attendance Award followed by the
announcement of Academic Excellence Awardee. In addition, the students’
report card was distributed. This allowed parents to discuss any concern with
the adviser and evaluate their child's academic progress. The meeting was
adjourned at four o'clock in the afternoon.
