BINGO
Choose 6 different letter combinations from page 1 and write them in the
boxes. Your teacher will call out a word. If the word has the same letter
combination as one of the combinations you wrote in the boxes. Then
cross it out. If you have three boxes in a row crossed out, shout ‘BINGO’.

Teacher’s notes:

T may need to draw the boxes on the board and explain

what three in a row means.
T should use the flashcards to determine what word to
call.
For the first two rounds, T should show the flashcards to
the Ss to ensure they understand.
For the following rounds, T can choose to show or not
show the words.

T should check the Ss board after he/she shouts bingo.

Award the S who gets bingo a candy.

Lyrics:
Let’s hold hands and be friends.
Dance around and be friends.
Happy, happy and we’re all friends now.

Let’s hold hands and be friends.

Swing your arms and be friends.
Smile, smile, we all yell “wow”

What do you usually do with your best friends?
