DEFINITION OF MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is defined as all actions aimed at preserving a
article or restore it to a state in which it can perform some required function. These
actions include the combination of the corresponding technical and administrative actions.

The types of maintenance can be mentioned:


Corrective Maintenance: It is the set of tasks aimed at correcting the defects that

Preventive Maintenance: It is the maintenance aimed at maintaining a level of
service determined in the equipment, scheduling the interventions of its points

Autonomous Maintenance is one of the stages in preparing the conditions of
implementation of TPM, is composed of a set of activities that are carried out
daily by all workers in the operating teams, including inspections,
