Pintel is an early-stage, venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize how
GTM sales teams operate. We are building a cutting-edge GTM sales platform
powered by AI assistant. It is designed to supercharge productivity, provide sales
intelligence, automate research, and help sales professionals close more deals,
faster, with less effort. We're a small, agile team founded by IIT Delhi alumni, poised
for rapid growth and market disruption.

What You'll Do, and What You’ll Learn:
We are a lean team of generalist engineers. You will own the execution of a product
requirement end to end, doing everything from frontend, backend, AI, dev-ops,
testing etc. This gives a great learning opportunity for early career, and we provide
ample support and guidance in the process.
Coding is easy, engineering is hard. To build a scalable product, we maintain a high
bar for code quality, robustness, and code velocity. You will learn a lot of industry
best practices going through this process.

Who We're Looking For:
● Strong CS Fundamentals: Deep theoretical understanding of Data
Structures, Algorithms and fundamentals of Computer Science and AI.
● Coding experience: You should have a strong understanding of at-least one
programming language. Samples of projects that you’ve designed and coded
will be useful.
● Good Communicator: Good verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to
articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Frontend: ReactJS, Typescript, Vite, tailwind, PlayWright
Backend: Python, fast-api, MongoDb, SQL, RabbitMQ, GCP
