Thank you for the revisions. Please know that
manufactured homes are factory built engineered
buildings, an entire remodel of a manufactured home
requires structural analysis by a registered design
professional (ex: structural or civil engineer). Any
documents, reports, or calculations will have to be sealed
and signed by the registered design professional. The
design professional will have to verify that any additions
and the remodel to the existing manufactured home will
not affect the existing structure of the home in an adverse
way. Please provide engineering design analysis and
calculations for the remodel work. Per our phone

accept the use of third party inspections to verify that the
construction meets the minimum requirements of the 2018
IBC/IRC. The third party inspection will have to be performed
