Individuals executing the steps of this procedure should adhere to the
following general guidelines:
A. In the event of unexpected responses or error messages, escalate to
your Nokia next level of support.
B. In the event of a service impacted exceeding the expected impacted
identified in Section 2 above, immediately notify the Customer
NOC/Surveillance contact identified in the table Contact Names /
Authorization Approvals above.

General Health Checks

Remove all temporary files created by this procedure. This is very important to
keep a small space usage footprint on customer systems

is very important to have available in case the MOP procedure creates an un-
correctible issue that may lead to live traffic impacts and possible outage.
