After select the start menu folder, click “Next” according to the prompt:

According to the prompt, if “Launch LINK69” is selected, the program will run automatically
after click “Finish”. The installation is complete.

8 Click “+Add Scale”
If the status bar displays “Offline”, the communication failed. Please check if the network
is well connected, re-plug the network cable, and check if the device address is correct. If the
device address is incorrect, please click "Device Group" to re-add the device.
Note: The program can search for devices across network segments. As long as the computer
can PING device successfully, type the address of device [Link].255 in the device address
bar, and then click “Search” to search all the device address of XXX segments.
If the status bar displays “Online”, the communication succeeds. Data can be uploaded
or downloaded via LINK69. Click the device column to check the status, address, hotkey of the
device, or read/save device parameters, read configuration file, etc.
2. Scale Parameters:
① Scale already connected with PC:
PLU download:
①All PLU: Download all PLU regardless of department;
②Download PLU by department: Double click to select
the corresponding department and download PLU.
Note: Select a device and right-click to select “Empty” to clear all devices on LINK69.

Warning: Please refer to the default label template to custom label content to avoid
excessive print information and shorten the lifetime of printer head.

4 PLU Information
Click “PLU” to enter PLU edit interface Click “IP” to show the local IP address & QR Code
Note: Click here to check device and clear device data. This
operation only clear PLU data, Note 1/2/3/4 and Message
of scale, and it will not clear the hotkey data.
4.1 PLU Edit
There are three methods to import PLU to LINK69.
1. Import PLU Data from PC to LINK69
To import the edited PLU data from PC to LINK69, please click “Data Import” → “PLU
Info”, select the PLU file location, then to import the pre-set PLU information to LINK69.

2. Upload PLU Data from Scale to LINK69
Click “Upload” in the PLU interface to upload PLU data from scale to LINK69:

After selecting the discount, click “Select”
Note: The discount schedule can be set in “Discount” interface, please refer to Chapter 4.6.

Right click PLU can setup column, add PLU, edit
PLU information, delete an item, select all items
for bulk editing, empty the PLU information or
download selected PLU/PLU image.

4. Columns Setup
Right click the PLU and click “Column Setup”, choose a caption on the pop-up window,
then click “Up” or “Down” to adjust the caption location. “Up” means to adjust the caption
to a prior location, and “Down” means to a next location. Click “Save” after setting.
5. Bulk Editing
Right click PLU → click “Select All” → right click PLU → click “Bulk Editing” on the
pop-up window → check behind item that needs to be modified and edit → click “Save”.

Note: When the auxiliary label No. is 0, it means not to print auxiliary label. When the main
label No. and auxiliary label No. is empty or 0, it means to use scale default label No.

4.2 Package Type
[Link]
If the package type is set to “Default”, the item will be sold without packaging.
[Link] Weight Mode
For the item that needs to be packaged and sold in fixed weight, it is necessary to set
the fixed weight mode in Package Type under LINK69.
E.g.: 1kg apples are sold in a fixed weight package, the unit price is 10$/kg:
1. Click “PLU”, double-click the line where “apple” is to enter PLU edit mode;
2. Click “Details” → “Product Info”;
3. Set “Package Type” to “Fixed Weight Mode”, type the package weight “1” in the
“Package Weight”, and type the allowable error percentage, e.g., “5%” in the
“Package Range”;
4. Click “Save” after editing;
5. Click “Download” to download the edited PLU data to the scale;
6. Put the items within the set package error range on the scale to carry out fixed weight
packaging sales.
Note: The unit of packaging weight depends on the unit of the PLU.

[Link] Price Mode
For the item that needs to be packaged and sold in fixed price, it is necessary to set the
fixed price mode in Package Type under LINK69.

1. Click “PLU”, double-click the line where “apple” is to enter PLU edit mode;
2. Click “Details” → “Product Info”;

4. Click “Save” after editing;
5. Click “Download” to download the edited PLU data to the scale;

[Link] Weight and Price Mode (Gift Baskets)
For the items that needs to be sold with fixed weight and price packaging, that is, gift
baskets, it is necessary to set the fixed weight and price mode in Package Type under LINK69.
The Gift Baskets is suitable for processing gift boxes, gift baskets and platter sales.
1. Click “PLU”, select a line as the hotkey of “Gift Baskets”, double-click it to enter PLU edit
mode;
2. Click “Details”, set the name as “Gift Baskets”, and type “0” in the “Unit Price”;
3. Set “Package Type” to “Fixed Weight and Price Mode” under “Product Info”;
4. There are two types of settings in the “Package Weight”:
Type A: Each item in the basket is printed with a label during the weighing process, and
a summary label is printed at the end.
This type of “Package Weight” has three modes, which correspond to different weight
units, and can be set according to the actual PLU unit:

0.01 oz
Type B: No labels are printed for each item in the basket during the weighing process,
only a summary label is printed at the end.
The “Package Weight” of this type should be set to “0”;
5. Click “Save” after editing;
6. Click “Download” to download the edited PLU data to the scale;
7. Press “Gift Baskets” key, type LFCode (e.g.: 950002), then click “ENTER” to confirm;
8. Put the gift basket items on the scale in turn (for example: apples, oranges, grapes, etc.),
and press the corresponding hotkey for the item to weigh;
9. Press the "Gift Baskets" key again after weighing.
Note: In manual print mode, before weighing the next item, the “Print” key should be
pressed first after pressing the hotkey for each item placed.
Here takes the unit price “0”, unit “kg” and package weight “0.001” as an example:

4.9 AI Picture Association (for AI scale)
6. The picture is automatically associated with PLU. Click the picture can adjust the association
when needed.
7. After the association is completed, click “Download” can download it to the scale.

2. The PLU data and Category must be downloaded before downloading the hotkey data. The PLU image

3 Checksum is automatically calculated by the scale, and the user does not need to type this

4 The difference between the 30-32 and 33-35 formats is that the calculation method of
CHECKSUM is different.
5 The difference between the 40-45 and 30-35 formats is that the price in 30-35 is total price
while in 40-45 is unit price.
