 Cartesian Coordinates

The horizontal line is called x-axis.


The vertical line is called y-axis.
Point P (3,5) is in the first quadrant. From point P we know that :
X-coordinate : 3
Y-coordinate : 5

 Linear Function

y = mx + c
Where :
m : gradient
c : y-intercept

 Gradient of Linear Graphs
