1kilo Alamang - 50 pesos
2 cups oil - 20 pesos
10 pcs tomato - 30 pesos
100 grams garlic - 25pesos
2 whole onion - 10 pesos
1/4 cup white sugar - 2.4 pesos
1/4 cup brown sugar - 2.4 pesos
1/4 cup light brown sugar - 2.3 pesos
1/8 tsp cane vinegar - 50 centavos
Pork & Chili
1/3 of Alamang Guisado mixture
100 grams Pork Kasim - 16pesos
2 green chili - 2 pesos

Sweet and Spicy


1/3 of Alamang Guisado Mixture
1/8 cup brown sugar - 1.2 pesos
1 tbsp white sugar - 60 centavos
1 tbsp light brown sugar - 60 centavos
3 to 5pcs siling labuyo 2 pesos
(optional if may chili garlic ka, pwede 1 to 2 tbsp chili garlic oil)
