Introduction
The internship program was designed to provide practical experience that complements
the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom. It was aimed at exposing interns to real-
life
healthcare delivery in both hospital and community settings, thereby bridging the gap
between
theory and practice. This internship gave me the opportunity to understand patient care,
administrative functions, and public health activities, while strengthening my clinical and
communication skills.
