Ms. Kamuda,

We would like to thank you for allowing our office to provide you with legal service.
Your case was heard on September 24, 2025, in the Northampton General District Court. At the
conclusion of your hearing, the Judge deferred your case to October 23, 2025, to give you the
opportunity to pay the court cost of $76.00. If you fail to do either or both of the above
before October 23, 2025, you will be found guilty of speeding, and the court will send a bill
for the fine and court costs to the address on your summons.

You must pay court costs by the deadline. The clerk’s telephone number is (757) 678-
0466. Payment can be made online at the Virginia Court Case Information website
(https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/landing.do?landing=landing) or by mail. To make a
payment by mail, you will need to send the payment to the following address:

If you do not get the certificate to the Court or pay court costs in time, we may be able to
assist you by either filing a letter to the Court to ask for an extension or filing a Motion to
Reopen. However, there is an additional cost for us to do this for you.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of this case, you may appeal. If you would like to
appeal, you have ten days from the final date to note your appeal. Please contact the office
immediately if you wish to do so and you would like us to handle it.

At this time, we are closing your file, which will be kept for a period of five years and
returning any original documents that you have submitted to our office. We suggest that you
keep all your copies of information relating to the matter in a safe place where you can easily
locate them.
