information u/s 6(3) for reg. no. GSTKT/R/T/25/00037 dtd 10/02/2025 -reg.

This is with reference to your RTI Application, having Registration No. GSTKT/R/T/25/00037
dtd 10/02/2025, subsequently forwarded from the Assistant Commissioner (CPIO), Haldia
Commissionerate, [Link]. GEXCOM/RTI/APP/494/2025-TECH-O/o COMMR-CGST-HALDIA dtd 17-02-
2025 to this Office under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005.

In this connection, it is to inform you that no complaints are closed as no


vigilance angle complaints received against staff/officers under Haldia-l division
during the time period from 1/4/2023 to 31/03/2024.

If you are aggrieved or dissatisfied with this reply by the CPIO, you have liberty to prefer an
appeal within 30 days of receipt of this letter to the 1st Appellate Authority viz., Addl./Joint
Commissioner, Central Tax, Haldia Commissionerate having his office at 7th Floor, M S Building,
Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001.
