Achievement’s:-
 Category Planning for a volume of INR100 Cr. per year, which comprises 1200-1500 styles/Options.
 On Average YOY Sales Growth achievement is between 10% to 11% (In-Organic) whereas Net
realization of sales is 81%-83% against the Intake/GSV Value.
 In Respect to sell thru% on Average have achieved 86%-89% on YOY basis, however on Month Cover
Aspects it’s in between 5-6 Months as per Financials Norms.
 Average Realized Selling Price is up by 8%-9% in CY compare to LY 2021-22.
 Regarding Ageing of Stocks 1Year & above, has brought down the same from 20% to 8%.
 Looking out Discounted Stocks Proportion on Total Inventory, its 8%-9% currently compare to 18%.
 Have closely worked with E-comm. Team & Bring up the Brand Sales contribution from 1.8% (2019-
20) to 6.3% in (2020-21).
Responsibilities:-
 Create Category Merchandise Targets and strategy proposals for Management to review and agree in
respect all O&O retail channels (FPS, E-Com, SIS & MBO Outlets).
 KRA Involve Demand & Range Planning, Trend analyses, Buying strategy, Budgeting, OTB Management,
Targets & Deliveries Planning & Follow-up (WIP), Retail sales analysis, , Purchase Order, Allocation &
Replenishment Mapping, Score Tier & Density as per Planogram, Weekly reviews, Markdown
management (Life- Span Discounts), EOSS Planning, Stock turn/Month Covers/Forward Covers, Sell out
by store/category, Analysis of Best/worst sellers, Weekly stock levels(WSSI), Ageing & Re- orders, New
Store Merchandise Planning, Score Visits, Team handling.
 Vendor mapping & Negotiation on Intake costing considering Styles Detailing, Season Range Architecture
& Multiples as a prime factor, same been shared with production Manager with prior approval from
Senior Management.
 Strategies & Communicate approved integrated Campaigns & Promotions plans as per marketing
calendar; Merchandising and new season launch with the Online/Offline & Market Place, Learns to
ensure execution, regular meet or discussion in regard to sales & stocks with major stakeholders
