HCIL had raised issue in Dec'19. Post analysis

logged in system in Oct'21. Higher %P than TDC
limit was found in sample analysis.

Edge waviness (Wave height: 12 mm) was observed throughout mother coil at Slitting line of Bhagwati Steel
service centre. Discussed with with QA team for investigation and action plan to arrest the issue.
Ridge issue observed on D/s in mother coil at Uncoiler of CTL line of Mangla Sons service center. QA team
shared that one part of mother coil was downgraded at plant. Second part was cleared by operator.
Operator will be sensitized not to clear such coils in future.
Applicator roll Chromate mark in pre- CAPA coils. Root cause: Improper setting of Chromate flow and
Applicator roll gap. CAPA: Chromate flow/ Applicator roll gap setting is modified to eliminate defect.
