2. Answer the following regarding dictator in a voting system:


a. Is it possible for there to be two dictators in a weighted voting system? Why?

3. Describe the number of players, their weights, and the quota of each valid weighted
voting system. If the system is not valid, explain why.

4. Devise a weighted voting system with the following requirements:

5. Compute the Banzhaf Power Index for each player in the following:
