Benefits: Standard provides the following benefits to all on-roll staff members:

DESIGNATION: You shall be designated as HEAVY DRIVER in the company.

DUTIESANDFUNCTIONS:

• As a HEAVY DRIVER, you shall perform all such functions which


are relevant to your profile and are assigned to you by your
reporting authority.

WORKSCHEDULE:

• The employee shall work 8 Hours per day.


• The employee shall work 5 days in a week.
DURATIONOFCONTRACT:

• This contract shall have duration of 2 years from the date the employee assumes
his/her functions.
• Both parties agree that this contract is conditional upon the employee obtaining a
valid work permit pursuant to the immigration regulations, and his/her successful
entry to Azerbaijan.

VACATION:

You will be titled to 40days’ holidays which will operate on prorate basis and you will be titled to
10days’ sick pay on completion of first three months of your employment.

ACCOMODATION:

The company shall provide you with a bachelor-share d accommodation near by the company. The
accommodation is inclusive of public utility expenses.

PROMOTION AND INCREMENTCYCLE:

The Promotion and Increment Cycle of the company is once year and is normally taken up during the
month of January every year. Your contribution in the success of the company shall be the sole criteria
for your future promotions and quantum of increments in your emoluments. Your next appraisal shall
fall due after 01years of your joining.

MEDI-CLAIMPOLICY:

You shall be cover asunder group Medic-claim scheme as per the eligibility norms. However, if you
decided to leave the organization within 01 years of your joining, the entire amount of insurance
premium, born eBay the organization, shall be recovered/adjusted from your full and final settlement
of terminal dues.

FOOD:

You shall eat in the staff can teen, free of charge as three dietary options for vegetarian and non-
vegetarian will be available.

TRANSPORT:

The company shall provide transportation facility to all their employees at free of cost. Employees
have to reach to their stop at the scheduled time, which shall be fixed according to your working
hours.
NOTICE PERIOD:

• If you decide to resign from the services of the company, you will have to give one-month
notice or pay one-month gross salary in lieu of the notice period. Shortfall in notice period
and or payment in lieu of notice period can be accepted subject to approval by concerned
Head of the Department, Head of Human Resources.
• If the company wishes to terminate the employment contract with you, the company shall give
one-month notice or one-month gross salary in lieu of the notice period.
