Station: Rajnagar, District: Moulvibazar, Religion-Sanatan, Nationality-
Bangladeshi.
I hereby declare under oath that,
I, the affidavit, am a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of
the above address. I am Manik Chakraborty, Father- Pradeep Chakraborty,
Village: Ekasanthush, Post Office: Tarapasha, Police Station: Rajnagar,
District: Moulvibazar, uncle and father-in-law. I made two applications to the
Hon'ble Court to collect the certified copies of the cases No. GR 321/2023
(Rajnagar) and GR 53/2024 (Rajnagar) filed against Manik Chakraborty
through the learned advocate on 17/02/2025 and received the certified copies
on 28/02/2025.
I have extracted the certified copy of the case No. GR 321/2023
(Rajnagar) and GR 53/2024 (Rajnagar) from the affidavit Hon'ble Court. I
executed this affidavit as true and correct.
The above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
