Terms and Conditions of Block Trade - Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited

1. Trading Platform and Regulatory Assurance


A. All block trading are carried out through Anand Rathi QIB Accounts, offering exclusive access
and discounted rates.
B. All transactions on the platform are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(SEBI), with fund custody managed by SEBI-authorized third-party banks to ensure asset
segregation and security.
C. All participants must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including valid
identification, PAN card, and bank account information.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Requirements


A. Block trading follow an institutional trading model with a minimum participation amount of
₹50,000, targeting investors seeking discounted access to premium stocks.
B. Participants must have a good trading history or be recommended by a certified inviter on the
platform.

3. Execution and Settlement Rules


A. All purchased stocks must be held accordance with Anand Rathi trading guidelines before
initiating any sell or buy request in order to maintain market stability.
B. Block trading are executed via the platform’s proprietary matching system at prices better than
retail rates. A trade confirmation slip is issued immediately upon execution.
C. In the event of high market volatility or regulatory changes, Anand Rathi reserves the right to
delay or suspend specific trades and issue risk alerts.

4. Fee Structure and Profit Allocation


A. Block trade enjoy exclusive commission rates, typically lower than retail fees. Tiered discounts
are applied based on total trading volume.
B. All transaction gains belong to the client. The platform charges only the agreed-upon service or
execution fees.
C. If the platform assists in developing a strategic trading plan, a performance-based fee may be
charged as per the strategy agreement.
