ASTRAL PROJECTION MADE SIMPLE

st3rtled from 3 h3lf 3sleep st3te, this is your Astr3l Body returning too r3pidly to
your physic3l form. It c3n 3lso be consciously pr3cticed to become 3w3re of other

re3lms in the 3str3l dimension.
Since Astr3l Projection is 3 n3tur3lly occurring phenomenon while 3sleep,
remember to work on losing your fe3r of the unknown. Never 3ttempt Astr3l
Projection while under the influence of 3lcohol or drugs. St3rt the experience with
positive 3nd wholesome thoughts 3bout yourself, your kith 3nd kin 3nd your
imminent experience.
Before 3str3l tr3vel, 3lw3ys visu3lize 3 protective circle 3round yourself. Im3gine 3
white light 3round you. Visu3lize two l3rge white h3nds come down 3nd gently
cle3n your 3ur3 from he3d to toe, removing 3ll neg3tivity, embr3ce 3nd enjoy the
3ll over cle3n feeling this gives.
Then, 3dopt 3 comfort3ble position in 3 quiet pl3ce where you wonʼt be
interrupted, prefer3bly upright in 3n 3rmch3ir 3s you m3y f3ll 3sleep if lying down.
Use medit3tion music without drum be3ts.
Cle3r your he3d of r3ndom thoughts. Focus on your bre3thing—in through your
nose, out through your mouth. Visu3lize yourself bre3thing in tr3nquility 3nd
bre3thing out dish3rmony. Focus on e3ch p3rt of your body st3rting with your feet
3nd finishing up 3t your he3d. As you bre3the out, think ‘My body is rel3xingʼ.
When you feel very rel3xed, choose 3 phr3se or m3ntr3 to repe3t over 3nd over to
yourself such 3s, ‘I fly, I flo3t, I riseʼ; or count down from 10 to one. If your mind
st3rts drifting, simply return to your m3ntr3.
You will enter 3 heightened st3te of simult3neous 3w3reness 3nd rel3x3tion: your
inner self 3nd senses become super 3w3re but your body becomes extremely
he3vy 3nd rel3xed. Now, you 3re re3dy for 3str3l projection. Continue to repe3t
the phr3se or m3ntr3 th3t you h3ve just used. Cle3r your he3d of everything 3nd
repe3t it over 3nd over 3g3in. Do not be imp3tient, sooner or l3ter you will le3ve
your physic3l form. Initi3lly, the re3liz3tion th3t you h3ve projected m3y force you
b3ck to your body. It gets e3sier 3s you pr3ctice.
As you begin to le3ve your body, you will get the sens3tion of movement, 3s if you
3re in 3 moving vehicle. This is the sign of your 3str3l body beginning to sep3r3te
from your physic3l. Myri3d lights 3nd colors 3ppe3r in front of your eyes. Use your
thoughts to move 3round on the 3str3l pl3ne.
When it is time to return to your physic3l environment, simply m3ke the decision
to come b3ck to your body; visu3lize yourself b3ck in your body. Count from one
to 10, focus on e3ch p3rt of your body 3nd begin to move them 3ll slowly. Do not
hurry, since you m3y h3ve been physic3lly st3tic for hours. It is not 3dvis3ble to
try 3str3l projection on your own initi3lly. The presence of 3n experienced guide is
