Can you explain your experience with Saudi Aramco
standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC)?
I have over 10 years of experience working on projects governed by Saudi
Aramco standards. I’m well-versed in SAES for engineering specifications,
SAMSS for material standards, SATIP for inspection and testing plans, and
SAIC for inspection checklists.

How do you verify compliance of welding procedures


(WPS, PQR, WPQ) on site?
I review the approved WPS, verify welder qualifications per WPQ, and ensure
the PQR supports the procedure. I monitor welding parameters and
coordinate NDT to validate weld quality.

Describe the steps you follow during hydrostatic and


pneumatic testing of piping systems.
I ensure the test package is approved, verify line cleanliness and boundaries,
monitor pressurization and hold time, and document results for client
approval.

What types of NDT methods have you coordinated or


interpreted?
I’ve worked with RT, UT, PT, and MT. I coordinate with certified technicians,
review reports, and ensure compliance with Aramco standards.

What is your approach to reviewing and approving


Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)?
I ensure alignment with project specs and Aramco SATIP, verify inspection
points and referenced standards, and coordinate client approval.
How do you manage and track RFIs (Request for
Inspection) on site?
I maintain a detailed RFI log, ensure timely submission, coordinate readiness,
and document inspection outcomes.

What are the key quality control checks during piping


fabrication and erection?
I check material traceability, dimensional accuracy, welding parameters,
alignment, support installation, and cleanliness.

How do you handle and close Non-Conformance Reports


(NCRs)?
I investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, verify results, and
submit closure documentation.

What is your experience with final quality documentation


and handover packages?
I compile inspection records, test reports, certificates, NCRs, and approvals
into structured dossiers for client handover.
