🎤 Speech: *“The Internet Has Made Human Life Easier and More Difficult”*
*Respected Principal*, honorable teachers, and my dear fellows,
Assalam-u-Alaikum and a very good morning to you all.
Today, I am here to share my thoughts on a topic that connects all of us —
“The Internet has simultaneously made human life easier and more difficult.”
There was a time when people had to go to libraries to find information, write
letters to communicate, and stand in long lines to pay bills. But today, thanks
to the internet, knowledge is just a click away. We can attend online classes,
pay bills, order food, talk to friends across the world, and even learn new
skills — all from the comfort of our homes. Truly, the internet has made our
lives faster, smarter, and more connected than ever before.
But, my dear friends, every coin has two sides. Along with comfort, the
internet has also brought challenges.
Today, many of us spend more time on social media than with our families.
Our eyes are tired, our minds are distracted, and our relationships are
weakening. False information spreads faster than the truth, and privacy has
almost disappeared. Instead of using the internet, sometimes it feels like the
internet is using us!
So yes, the internet is a powerful gift — but only if we use it wisely. If we let it
control us, it will make our lives difficult. But if we control it, it will continue to
make our lives easier.
In the end, I would like to say:
*The internet is like fire — it can cook your food, or it can burn your house.
The choice is ours*.
Thank you!
