SCOPE

The Annual Occupational Health and Safety Plan must be applied to all work areas of the
workers of the organization.

2. DEVELOPMENT OF THE BASELINE OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WORK

The Occupational Safety and Health Service (SSST) is responsible for conducting the analysis of the List of
Verification of Guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for Improvement

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY IN THE WORKPLACE

ITACA GROUP S.A.C. has established as organizational objectives to provide its services with

. Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations applicable to our activities.
. Foster the continuous improvement of our performance in risk prevention by implementing a
Occupational Health and Safety System, through which all workers are involved
the company in the continuous identification of hazards and assessment of their risks in order to take
timely and effective measures for their control.
. Promote and motivate our staff to prevent workplace risks in all their
activities, through communication and participation in the measures for their control.
. Promote and ensure the conditions of safety, health, and physical, mental, and social integrity of the
workers during the execution of tasks at the workplace and in all those places
to those who are commissioned on a service mission, one of their main objectives being to avoid risks
and work accidents, as well as occupational diseases.

5. IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDS AND ASSESSMENT OF WORK RISKS AND RISK MAP

IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDS AND ASSESSMENT OF WORK RISKS

For the analysis and evaluation of risks in our organization, the Generalized Method was used, which
provides reasoning schemes for versatile analysis, applying method number 2 as
reference of R.M. N° 050-2013-TR. The execution of the IPERC development is detailed in the activities of
Annual SST Program.

RISK MAP

The Risk Map is a plan of working conditions to identify and locate problems and
the actions of promotion and protection of workers' health, based on the reference of the
R.M. N° 050-2013-TR and the Peruvian technical standard NTP 399.010-1.

It is a participatory and necessary tool for carrying out the activities of locating, controlling,
to follow up and represent graphically the risk-generating agents that cause
accidents, hazardous incidents, other incidents and occupational diseases in the workplace.

The execution of the development of the Risk Map is detailed in the activities of the Annual Program
SST.

6. ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Top Management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Management System.

The main objective is to raise awareness among workers about the risks they are exposed to during
the development of their activities and provide the necessary tools/means to face these,
in addition to complying with Law No. 29783 on Security and Health at Work, its Regulation D.S. No. 005-

8. INTERNAL INSPECTIONS OF SECURITY AND HEALTH AT WORK

The inspections to be conducted are of 2 types: planned and unannounced, aimed at detecting
unsafe conditions or unsafe acts of workers, equipment, infrastructure, and others.

The execution of the planned inspections will be carried out in accordance with the Annual SST Program by the
SSST.

9. SERVICES BY CLIENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS

The services provided to the company through contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers,

10. CONTINGENCY PLAN

The organization has developed Contingency Plans, outlined in the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program with
the end of acting efficiently in the face of urgent situations, emergencies, and natural disasters, the
