IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Header row is FROZEN and PROTECTED - you cannot edit it
- All rows from row 2 onwards are editable - you can add new rows by copying row 2
- Use DROPDOWN MENUS for regionCode, districtCode, present, and phase fields
- District dropdown is DEPENDENT on region selection - select region first!
- When you select a region, the district dropdown automatically filters
- If district dropdown is empty, select a region first in column G
- All required fields must be filled before uploading
- Date format must be YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2024-01-15)
- Present field accepts only "Yes" or "No" (use dropdown)
- Phase must be selected from dropdown: "Phase I District Based Training" or "Phase I School Based Training"
- Region and district dropdowns show NAMES (e.g., "AHAFO", "ASHANTI") - select from dropdowns
- The system automatically converts names to IDs for backend processing
- Staff ID should contain only numbers (e.g., 123456, 789012)
- NTC Number must follow format: PT/XXXXXX/YYYY (e.g., PT/123456/2020)
- The "Lists" sheet contains reference data and is hidden - do not unhide or modify it
- You can add multiple rows - just copy row 2 and fill in your data
