SUBJECT CONDUCT OF THE NATIONAL ORIENTATION ON THE
GUIDELINES ON THE GRANT OF CSC ELIGIBILITY FOR
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OFFICIALS

The National Youth Commission (NYC) will conduct the National Orientation on October
21, 2025 in relation to the CSC Resolution No. 2500752, dated July 24, 2025, which
provides for the Grant of Sangguniang Kabataan Official Eligibility (SKOE) under
Republic Act No. 11768, titled "Ru/es Governing the Grant of Eligibility to Sangguniang
Kabataan Officials".
This activity aims to ensure proper understanding and effective implementation of the CSC
Guidelines, particularly on the issuance of Certification/Certificate of lncumbency, which
form part of the documentary requirements for the grant of SKOE to qualified SK Officials.
The details of the activity are as follows:

a Ensure the widest dissemination of the attached Advisory and enjoin the participation
of your respective Local Youth Development officers (LYDos), sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons and other SK Officials in the orientation; and

activity.
