I’m Arafat Hussain . My home town at moulvibazar. Now I’m currently living in Amerkhana
Sylhet.
I’m quick learner , self motivated, service oriented person. I have 8 years full time and part time
work experience. my last job experience as Cash In-charge & Marketing Executive at AIBL
Munshibazar Agent Branch.
I have completed my graduation from Business administration department with a specialization
in finance.
Besides my study & Work experience I have attended several training, Seminers , Webinners to
further develop my skills.

What is Your Academic Qualification & Training?

I have completed my BBA in Finance from Leading University, Sylhet in 2021 with a CGPA of
3.08 out of 4. I have also completed my HSC in Business Studies from Moulvibazar Govt.
College, Moulvibazar in 2013 and SSC in Humanities from Moshoria Emdadia Dakhil Madrasah

I have attended many more professional courses ,training, seminers, webinners

I was working as Accounts Assistant in Jalalabad College last time. Also Worked as Cash in-
charge and marketing Executive at Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited. Munshibazar Agent Branch.

Where I gained expertise in Admin, Operation Management, Reporting, Documentation, Data


Management, Customer Service, Communication, Coordination, Strategic Business Planning,
Positioning & Development area.

During my study life I have also worked at a super shop name Sonali Super shop as a Customer
Service Associate (Cashier) Amberkhana, Sylhet, where I managed transactions with customers
using cash registers, scanned goods and ensured pricing was accurate, collected payments
whether in cash or credit, and cross-sold products and introduced new ones.

What is your career goal?


my expertise in Sales, Admin, Accounts & Finance and Operation & Marketing department. My
career goal is to place in top management position in related field.

What is your strength?

My strongest strength is attention to detail. I totally believe in planning and execution. And also
have domination in Administration and Operation Management, Business Development,
Interpersonal Skills, Financial and Accounting regulating skills.

What is your weakness?

My weakness is I am way too detail oriented. I just want everything to be perfect, but then I
realize, its taking too much time to accomplished. And, maybe that makes me submitting
projects late. and also have limited exposure to diverse job functions, lack of various typing of
technical skills.

What is your Extra-curricular activity?

I am involved with a club in my area name Sonali Sondha Sporting Club. Playing role as
Executive Member. my responsibilities such as planning and executing events, organizing
tournaments, managing the budget, supervising volunteers, ensuring smooth operations of the
club, and building relationships with stakeholders .where I developed my soft skills such as
teamwork, convincing, inspiring, influencing, negotiation, leadership skill. And attended
meetings to participate in decision-making processes.
