● Images shown in the 3D Drawings (if & where applicable) are for reference only. Please refer actual samples for color selection.
● Any Changes/Modifications in design or any alterations at Site would not be considered once this document is signed off.
● Production date for Livspace Products would start once 50% of the project value (Order Value for Modular Products to Livspace) is paid
and Sales Order is raised.
● Any modifications at site should be informed to the designer prior to payment of 50% (Raising Sales Order).
● Livspace would not be responsible for products purchased from outside Livspace Catalogue Products.
● Committed TImelines will be not applicable in case of any Delays in the payments at any stage or if any delays on account of the
dependent works not in Livspace scope.
● Handover for Livspace Catalogue Products to be considered after the completion of Livspace Products Installation only.
For Custom/Civil Works/Services Ordered to Livspace Studio Partners
● Images shown in the 3D Drawings (if & where applicable) are for reference only. Please refer actual samples for color selection.
● Any Changes/Modifications in design or any alterations at Site would not be considered once this document is signed off.
● All the terms and conditions for Custom/Civil Works/Services scope will be as per the mutual agreement between the Client and

○ A buffer time of 5 days will be offered only after which warehouse charges will be calculated.
○ A Charge of Rs. 500/- per day will be levied and calculated after buffer time.
○ Material will remain in warehouse till the receipt of the 100% payment for Livspace Catalogue Products.
