We are a public educational institution at the secondary level of regular basic education with the
name of our renowned teacher "José Antonio Encinas", we are located at Jr. Los
Andes 246 Neighborhood 'José Antonio Encinas' in the city of Puno. We provide an education of
quality with a vision for the future for students, who come from the rural environment and some
nearby districts, their mother tongue is mostly Quechua, whose families are dedicated to the
agricultural activity and independent activities such as commerce and others. It is characterized by
