🌼 What is Mudra?
“Mudra” means gesture, seal, or energy lock.
They are sacred hand positions that direct Prana (life energy) through the body.

Each finger represents one of the five elements, and by joining or pressing specific fingers, we balance these
elements within us.

Simple sitting postures enhance the flow of energy while doing mudras:
Vajrasana, Sukhasana, Padmasana, Ardha Padmasana, Malasana

💫 Therapeutic Way to Practice Mudra


1. Sit Comfortably: In Sukhasana, Vajrasana, or on a chair with spine straight.
2. Gentle Touch: Join fingertips lightly; avoid pressure.
3. Hands Relaxed: Place hands on thighs or knees, palms facing upward.
4. Breathe Naturally: Slow, deep breaths through the nose; exhale gently.
5. Focus Awareness: Concentrate on the breath or body part you’re healing.
6. Duration: 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times a day or 30–45 minutes once daily.
7. Consistency Matters: Daily short sessions work better than long irregular ones.
8. Mindful State: Add mantra or affirmation while holding the mudra.
