The Fusejet PLUS powder welding torch is a robust and user-friendly manual powder welding system. Deposits can
be precisely applied with a high degree of welder control. It is also applicable in delivering coating on larger parts
when use with a custom designed extension assembly and tungsten carbide tip that enable high powder deposit to
substrate. Fusejet PLUS offers high grade coatings to protect against abrasion, corrosion, erosion and cavitation.
Fusejet PLUS torch offers an even more comfortable handling by the integrated quick-action shut-off valve. When
operation is interrupted, the gas mixture, which was adjusted previously, is maintained. Therefore, it is not necessary
to spend any time re-adjusting the mixture when setting up the re-operation. This is advantageous for applications
with frequent interruptions of work.
Self-fluxing metal powder (Nickel & Cobalt Alloy, Tungsten Carbide Blend) are sprayed and melted into the surface by
a gas / oxygen flame to attain coating hardness ranging from 25-65 HRC.
The following basic materials can be coated:
Stainless Steel, Grey Iron, Spheropheroidas Graphite Iron, Annealed Cast Iron and Alloy Steel
