The authorisation confirmed above will remain effective until the Legal Entity notifies PayPal that its authorisation for a
specified Authorised Person has terminated. The Legal Entity will notify PayPal of any changes to the individuals listed
above as Authorised Persons, before enabling those individuals to use the Legal Entity’s PayPal account(s). The Legal
Entity further consents and instructs PayPal to confer as needed with the above-listed Authorised Person, and agrees
that PayPal may disclose the Legal Entity’s confidential account information to such Authorised Person for purposes of
customer service and support.
The Legal Entity also hereby agrees to indemnify PayPal and to hold PayPal harmless against all actions, claims,
proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses which may be brought against PayPal or suffered or incurred by
PayPal and which shall have arisen either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with PayPal’s compliance with (a)
the Legal Entity’s instructions herein or (b) any instructions given on behalf of the Legal Entity by the Authorised Person
in relation to the Legal Entity’s PayPal business account(s).
