2.3 Principles of operation

The lithium battery set is equipped with a monitoring module and
loading and unloading management.
The load and unloading management module protects the operation of the load and
battery discharge, preventing overload, overcurrent discharge and processes of
charging via the charger adapter for the DC output shape. The discharging process
it is completed when connecting the load discharge.

The monitoring module has the function and power of balancing, temperature, and
SOC. The monitoring module transmits the collected information in real time.
during the operation of the product via the Telecom protocol network for the
monitoring platform. The user can check the operating status of
battery in each group through the display screen.
Um único módulo possui uma capacidade de 48V 100Ah, podendo ser utilizado de acordo com
the arbitrary combination of user requirements. As shown in figure 2-6.

7 WARRANTY

7.1 Guarantee
The product is covered by the warranty under the following operating conditions:
• 20% of the stated nominal electric current (0.2C);
• 80% of Discharge Depth;
• Operation at a temperature of 25oC;

• 70% of the end of the useful life of the stated nominal capacity.

The battery should be kept in constant float at 53.5Vdc. It is recommended ± 5%.

a temperature of 25°C.
The deadline is counted from the issuance of the invoice. The initial due date is maintained, in
case of exchange or repair under warranty; however, a minimum period of 3 is guaranteed
months - legal warranty - from the exchange or repair.
Moura Accumulators S/A guarantees, subject to the conditions defined below, that the
Moura Lithium Stationary Battery, when used in radio transmission locations,
it should not exhibit defects in manufacturing of material and/or workmanship during the
warranty period.

7.2 Warranty Conditions

The warranty is only valid if the following conditions are met:
a) Presentation of the Warranty Certificate, with the dates duly filled out and
without erasures, observing the correspondence between the codes registered on the battery and in the
certificate
b) The battery must meet the voltage and capacity specifications of the location where it is
used;
c) The source used must be properly sized and adjusted according to the
values reported in the battery manual;
d) To comply with installation, operation, and maintenance procedures
indicated in the Technical Manual.

e) The information monitored by BMS must be made available during the period
guaranteed.
f) The battery must be installed ensuring the product's lifespan (up to 12 months).

40
In case of defects covered by this warranty, Moura may, at its discretion:

• Repair the battery at your expense, including both materials and labor;

• Provide another battery to replace the original battery; The repaired battery or
replaced will continue to be covered by the same warranty described herein. In any
In this case, the original warranty period will prevail.

• Any battery, after replacement under warranty, will become the property of
Moura.

7.3 Warranty Restrictions

WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
Violation; removal of seals or damage caused by improper use; negligence;
accidents; floods; fires; corrosive agents, explosives, or any other action
from nature; battery with damaged terminals during installation; poor fastening or
defects at the site and/or source DC, such as: overload, non-recommended applications,
reverse polarity during installation or charging. As well as defects caused by
a storage time exceeding 12 months at 25°C without replenishment.
NOTE 1 In case of a claim under this warranty, the user must notify
immediately to the distributor from whom the battery was purchased. The transportation costs
will be the sole responsibility of the user. All parts, pieces, and materials
replaced items will become the property of the manufacturer.
NOTE 2 The manufacturer's obligation to comply with this warranty is limited to repair or
substitution, as described above. Any other guarantees, implied or
explicit, including but not limited to, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MARKETING OR ADJUSTMENT FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE ARE NOT COVERED.
In no case will Moura be responsible for any incidental damages or
consequences.

8 APPENDIX

8.1 Connection cable

If the groups (of 4 to 10) of parallel sets of lithium batteries are not supplied
through Moura battery supports, you can choose custom wiring cables for
substitution. The relevant technical requirements correspond to the cable number of
power supply and the number of the parallel battery set (must be consistent), and the
the specifications of each extension cord (length, diameter, and material) are the same.
For example, a diagram of a six-custom cable parallel wiring is shown in the figure.
7-1.

Figure 7-1 Custom wiring cable diagram

According to the client's requirements, when choosing the appropriate connector, normal and
extension, please refer to the relevant specifications provided in table 7-1.

The installation steps are shown below:

1) Prepare before installation: assembly tool with metal insulation
(like a Phillips screwdriver, adjustable wrench), electrical tape and wiring cables
customized.
2) Install the lithium-ion battery pack in a suitable location.
3) Connect one connector at a time to each of the output ends of the set.
