CIRCULAR
Subject: Briefcase/Bag Pack/Handbag/Laptop Bag policy for Cat-l & I|
officers in FCI- Reg.
Attention is invited towards FCI Hqrs. Circular No.B-2(1)/2017/E-I|l/G-/Part
Dt. 19.03.19 vide which the purchase of briefcase by CAT-I & I| officers of
Corporation, its life span and monetary ceiling was provided. In that circular,
purchase of briefcase was only allowed.
At present the said circular has been reviewed and it has been decided that
CAT-I & || officers will now have an option to purchase anything among
Briefcase/Bag Pack/Handbag/Laptop Bag within the monetary ceiling. Category
wise Monetary ceiling/entitlement and life span is re-iterated below: -

Rest of the terms and conditions of Circular No. B-2(1)/2017/E-|l/G-ll/Part
Dt. 19.03.19 remains same. This circular will come into force from date of issue.
