41 to 50 points:
Your PROACTIVITY is quite high. You are a PROACTIVE person and stimulate
this behavior in others, through your personal example and creating a
favorable environment for your team's initiative.

31 to 40 points:
Your PROACTIVENESS is developed, but you need to stimulate this
behavior in people, through personal examples and the creation of a
environment of openness and trust for your team.

21 to 30 points:
Your PROACTIVENESS is average. You need to develop it a bit more.
looking to improve in those areas where you feel the most difficulty, that is,
that behavior in which you adopt: sometimes, rarely, or never,
according to your answers in the test. Talk a little more with yourself, and
be open to receiving more feedback from people.

10 points or less:
Your PROACTIVENESS is quite low and this may be reflecting in
your way of leading. To have effective leadership, you will need to develop this
competence. Being aware of this need is the first step; the second
is to develop an action plan, seeking to overcome your own limits and
learn from all positive and negative experiences, whether your own or others'.
Be more observant of the behavior of others, especially those
that you consider very good in this competency. Try to develop
skills and attitudes that contribute to proactivity: self-esteem,
self-confidence, assertiveness, decision-making ability, courage to take risks.

The self-diagnosis is based on your self-perception. However, the people who


those who live with you may have a different perception of you than how you perceive yourself
manifest this competence. Therefore, ask some of them who deal like you
in their daily lives to answer this test, analyzing their behavior and,
then, compare it with your result.
