1st ACCESS TO ISE

Access the SED portalUC ([Link]) and click on 'Restricted Access'.

Click on 'ISE - Computerization of the Secretary of Education'

Click on the 'Organizational' tab

In the field of Digital Organization. In the field of Enrollment enter your Functional Identity (without slash or dot). In the
Enter or paste the temporary password. Click on Ok.

Click on Ok

In the Current Password field, enter the temporary password. In the New Password field, create a password of up to 8 characters (can include letters and
numbers, only letters or only numbers). In the Confirm your Password field, re-enter the password you created. Click on
Ok.

2. ESTABLISHMENT

To view the general information of the school, click on Establishment. Then click on OK (at the top right).

Click on the name of your school.

By clicking on the tabs above, you will be able to view your school's information. Some information will be editable.

To generate reports of the Establishment, click on the "Reports" tool.

The listing of available reports will appear.

To generate the reports, click on them. Then select the information requested by the system and, finally, click on
Print

If a warning message appears below, click on 'Keep' for the report to be generated.

3. HUMAN RESOURCE

To view information from the Human Resources of your school, click on Human Resources, select Person or
Work Relationship, and finally click OK.

In the 'Person' option, the human resources and their enrollments will appear next to it.

In the 'Work Relationships' option, human resources, their positions, links, working hours, and activities will appear.

4. BASE CURRICULUM

To view information from the Curriculum Bases, click on Curriculum Base and then OK.

The curricular bases will appear.

Clicking on the base will open a window with more detailed information about it.

Now 'Disciplines' of the Base

To view the curriculum bases that are in the passive, check the passive option, and then click OK.

5. EVALUATION PROCEDURE

To view the evaluation procedures click on 'Evaluation Procedure' and then click on 'Ok'.

The evaluation procedures of your school will appear.

Clicking on the Procedure will open a window with more detailed information about it.

If it is necessary to create a new procedure, click on 'new'.

In the description, enter the name of the new procedure and then select the method of evaluation. Then click 'Save'.

In the "Evaluations" tab, you should select the evaluation periods.

6. STUDENT

To view all the students in your school, click on the 'Student' module and then on Ok.

Just below the listing, the total number of records will appear.

At the top right, the following tools will appear: New (to include a new student in the system), Delete (to delete
student registration), Search (to search for student registration), Confirm Enrollment, Report and Transfer to passive.

Below are the reports available in the Student module.

To add a new student in ISE click on 'new'

You will open the student's registration form. First, enter the required information in the 'General' tab.

On the 'Course' tab, the information regarding the course that the new student will be enrolled in must be selected.

In the Course search window, leave all fields blank, only in the course situation leave the option selected.
"Active". Click on Ok.

The courses will appear. Select the student's course and click on 'Add'.

The selected course will appear in the 'Course' field. Then click on the magnifying glass of the Curriculum Base.

Leave the base field blank and click Ok.

Select the correct database and click on "Add".

The selected base will be added in the base field.

Select the calendar and, if applicable, check the option 'student with confirmed enrollment'. Finally, click save.

To include history in the student registration, click on the 'history' tab.

Leave everything blank in the course search window and click OK.

Select the desired Course and click Add.

The Course will appear added

With the course added. Click on "add series" and add the series/years to the course.

To include the name of the school the student attended in previous grades/years, click on the grade/year and then include the
required school.

In the establishment search window, select the aCRE, the aUF situation. Then click on Ok.

Select the school and click on 'Add'.

The selected school will be added to the history.

Carry out a similar procedure for the other series/years and, finally, click on 'Save'.

7. CALENDAR

In the calendar module, you will be able to view the calendars used by your school. Calendar > Ok.

By clicking on a calendar, you will be able to see more detailed information about it.

If it is necessary to create a new calendar, you should click on 'New' and follow the steps requested by the system.

8th CLASS

To view the classes at your school, you must access the 'Class' module and click on Ok.

By clicking on a class, you will be able to view detailed information about it.

Tab 'Schedules'.

To schedule classes, select the time slots in the timetable when the teacher gives classes. Then click on 'Schedule Class.'

Select the teacher, their work relationship and click 'Add'

Select the subject and click OK.

Clicking on 'Report' will display the reports related to the class module.

9. ENROLLMENT

In the enrollment module, you will be able to select a particular calendar or all calendars. The same applies
for the courses. Bases, series, and classes.

If you do not select any


calendar, when clicking to load the
system will show all the
calendars.

Clicking on the calendar will display the courses linked to it.

Clicking on the course will display the bases that are linked to it.

Clicking on the Base will show the years/series.

Clicking on the years/grades will display the classes.

By clicking on the class, the list of students will appear on the right.

To insert numbering in the class click on 'Sort class'.

Select the class you want to grade and click on 'Grade'.

In the ranked class, the students' numbers will appear.

To edit the rating, you need to click on 'Classify Class' and then click on the edit column.

In this window, you can select students and modify their numbering by moving them up or down.

To change a student’s class, click on 'Change Class'.

Select the student, the class and click on 'save'.

To enroll a student in the class, click on 'Add Enrollment'.

Click on 'find student'.

You can select the option "only students with enrollment possibility" or type the name of a student.

To view the class diaries, click on the 'Class Diary' module. You will be able to select the desired calendar.
Then click 'Upload'.

When selecting the class, the subjects will appear on the right side.

Clicking on a subject will open the editing window of the Class Diary.

In the 'General' tab, you must enter the classes taught in each evaluation period.

In the "Evaluation" tab, evaluations (grades, concepts or opinions) and student attendance should be added.

To include the scholarship or support for you, you must select the student(s) and click on the desired tab.
Below we provide an example of inclusion of support.
First select the students. Then click on "Include Support".

Select the periods, choose the legal justification and click OK.

The students will be supported.

In the 'Result' tab, the partial frequency of the students and the Final Result column will appear.
