WAYS TO PRAY
The benefits of prayer are many. It binds us closer to God, helps us to know Him and for
so much, to love Him more. It helps us to listen to Him and see what His will is for
us. The prayer is to make decisions with God. It's like when we approach a
A friend to ask for advice when not knowing how to react or what to decide in front of a problem or
event. What does God want from me?, what does He want from this?, how does He want me to react?
What do you want me to do? The prayer also helps us to detach ourselves from things.
materials and focus our gaze on the supernatural (the only thing necessary for the
happiness). It also helps us to think, act, and love more like God thinks, acts, and loves.
All of this is reflected in Mary, our mother. She accepts being the mother of God in prayer.
and is capable of placing herself in your hands: 'let it be done to me according to your Word'
In Christian Prayer, we find two forms of praying: Personal and Communal, and at the same time there is
5 types of prayer.
It is a prayer of blessing, which is to ask God to fill us with grace. Every blessing.
It comes from God. A father can trace the sign of the cross on his child's forehead.
God sees that gesture and blesses. But the priest, thanks to his ministry, explicitly blesses in
name of Jesus.
Another form of prayer is Worship, it is humbly recognizing the Almighty. When
We adore God, we realize His power, greatness, and holiness.
We also have the Prayer of Petition, with which we ask God for the things that
we need. We know that He knows everything, but He still wants us to ask Him with
insistence, with faith and being open to what God sees best for us. For example, God
he saw and knew how his people Israel were suffering in the desert, but did not act until he had heard
the cry of his people. A cry that means prayer, petition, acclaim to God.
Another type of prayer of petition is that of intercession. Praying for others. Let us remember.
Every day is a day to win, to give thanks, and to pray for those around us. When we see an accident, for

happy to judge him internally?
Another prayer is that of Thanksgiving. As St. Paul would say: Do you have anything that you have not
received? Everything we have we have received from God. We may think that there are things that
we have them thanks to our effort, it is clear, but who gave us the will to
to make an effort?, who gave us the feet, the hands, the intelligence, to achieve it
desired? To thank God means to love and to be humble when we realize that we are His
creature.
And finally, there is the Prayer of Praise. We know that God does not need applause, but
We do need to acknowledge Him as God. We must show our joy of being children.
of God.
Let's go to prayer to ask God for His blessing, to worship Him, to ask for what we need, to
to ask for others, to give thanks and to praise Him. When one is able to make time for that
Every day we live much more peacefully, more serenely, and undoubtedly, things will go better for us.
