Greetings of Peace and Sustainable Future.

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As part of the
requirements in our course, THC11 - Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events
(MICE), we, the students, are excited to announce the organization of an upcoming event
titled "TouRISEmo 2025.” With the theme “Green Horizons: Cultivating Sustainable
Practices in Tourism for a Rising Future,” TouRISEmo 2025 aims to provide a
platform for academic growth and excellence while serving as a practical experience in
the dynamic field of tourism. We believe that this event will not only enhance our skills but
also foster camaraderie within our academic community.

The event’s objectives are as follows:

To advocate Green Tourism as a catalyst for socio-economic development and
environmental conservation as part of tourism innovation.
To foster sustainable practices as a social responsibility in the growing tourism and
hospitality industry.
To gain advanced expertise and camaraderie among tourism and hospitality
professionals and future professionals.
To build interrelationships between networks and tourism institutions as a significant
source of support for tourism growth.
To provide insights and fruitful guidance into the succeeding generations for a
sustainable tourism and hospitality industry.
On behalf of the 3rd year International Travel and Tourism Management
students, I, Andrea Luigia Cordero, Finance Director, am writing this letter to formally
request for the second batch of collection amounting to PHP 3,000.00 from each
student organizer to be collected on February 3, 2025, Monday. This is to compensate
the remaining expenses that we will be needing for the whole event amounting to PHP
357,710.00. We are looking forward to your full cooperation for the success of
TouRISEmo 2025.

Note: Reimbursement for this amount is still uncertain depending on the capability of
each student organizer’s quota from the income generating activities.

amount of PHP 3,000.00 for “TouRISEmo 2025.” This is to compensate the remaining

I understand that my son’s/daughter’s contribution in the said activity is part of the

subject requirements in THC11- Introduction to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and
Events Management (MICE) and is solely based on the requirement, as it is part of the
student curriculum.
