PS2 SCREEN FIX (OFF / COLOR / NTSC / PAL / PAL60 / VGA)

Here we define the options for color system conversion. It is possible to run PAL (European) games on consoles with
sistema NTSC (Americanos e Japoneses, por exemplo) e vice-versa. Se tiverem dúvidas acerca dos diversos sistemas
