7. Maintenance
a. Maintenance for the mechanical system: Once a month. It should be lubricated and
opened the mechanical part, examine the hydraulic part, the wear of the wheels, as
also if the forks can be raised and lowered normally. The operating noise of the
The forklift should not exceed 70 dB.
b. Hydraulic system maintenance: Once every month. Check if the oil cylinder is
normal, if there is any external or internal leakage, if the hydraulic connection and the
hoses are reliable without leaks. The hydraulic oil must be replaced every 12
months. The used oil that has been replaced must be treated in accordance with the rules and regulations
places.
9.1.1. The initial charge must be carried out for batteries that have never been used. Before
from the initial charge, the surface of the batteries must be clean, making sure that
the batteries are free from damage. The screws should be tightened to ensure
a reliable connection.
9.1.2. Remove the sealing cap and replace it with a connector with a liquid opening.
type lid and open the lid.
9.1.3. When the charging equipment is ready to operate normally,
place the sulfuric acid electrolytic solution with a density of 1260±0.05 (25•) and
temperature below 30° inside the battery. The liquid surface should be 15-20
mm larger than the protective plate. In order to reduce the temperature rise
caused by the chemical reaction of the electrolyte solution and let the solution penetrate
completely in the pores of the polar plates and silencers, the batteries must
remain at rest for a period of 3 to 4 hours, not exceeding 8 hours. A
initial charge can only be conducted when the solution temperature is reduced
below 35°. (When necessary, the batteries can be placed in cold water)
to lower the temperature). After finishing the replacement, if the surface of the solution
reduce, the solution must be added.
9.1.4. The electrolytic solution of sulfuric acid is prepared with sulfuric acid from the
battery, according to the state standard GB4554-84 and distilled water. Never use
industrial sulfuric acid and running water. The temperature and standard density of
electrolytic solutions can be converted as demonstrated below:
9.1.5. Clean the electrolytic solution on the surface of the batteries and connect the positive terminals.
the negatives of the battery group respectively with the positive ends and
negatives of the DC power supply (charger). Connect the supply of
energy. First, charge with 18A (the current of the first stage); when the
Voltage reaches 28.8V (12 ×2.4V = 28.8V), switch the second stage current to 9A
and continues to load. The temperature of the electrolyte solution during the process of
the load must not exceed 45° and when it is close to 45°, the current of
loading must be reduced by 50% or loading must be suspended
temporarily. Wait until the temperature drops to 35° to continue the
loading. However, the loading time must be extended
appropriately.
9.1.6. Fully charged base: When the voltage during the charging of the first
stage reaches 31.2V (12 × 2.6V = 31.2V), the voltage variation is not greater than
0.005 (V); the density of the electrolytic solution reaches 1.080 ±0.005 (25•), without
no obvious variation in 2 hours and if small air bubbles appear
violently, it can be considered that the battery is fully charged. The
the capacity of the charged energy is 4 to 5 times the nominal capacity and the time of
carregamento é de cerca de 70 horas.
9.1.7. In order to precisely control the sulfuric acid content of the solution
Electrolytic, the density of the electrolytic solution of the batteries must be examined.
during the last charging period. If there is inconsistency, adjust the water
distilled or sulfuric acid with a density of 1.40. The density of the solution
electrolytic and the liquid surface must be adjusted to the value stipulated within
two hours in the charging state.
9.1.8. After completing the initial charging, the surface of the batteries should be cleaned.
Close the connector cap with a liquid hole type cap and then the batteries.
can be used.
9.2. Use and maintenance
9.2.1. In order to ensure the lifespan of the batteries, the batteries in use must be
totally charged. Insufficiently charged batteries should not be used.
During the usage process, one must pay close attention to the volume of the flush.
"over discharge" is prohibited---the voltage reduces to 1.0V per battery (when the voltage
total is reduced to 1.7V × 12 = 20.4V). When the density of the electrolyte solution is
reduced to 1.17, the discharge must stop and the loading must proceed
immediately. Batteries should not be left idle for a long period.
supplementary charging conducted frequently during the usage process is
called common loading.
9.2.2. Common charging: The current first stage of common charging is 26A.
and the second stage is 13A. The charging method is the same as the
initial loading. The loaded volume is 130 to 140% of the unloaded volume and
The charging time is about 15 hours.
9.2.3. Batteries in normal use should avoid overcharging, but overcharging should be
properly directed to the batteries in the following situation, balance load.
a. The 'delayed' batteries --- batteries with a voltage lower than that of other batteries in the
discharge process and repaired batteries after failures. (When charging of
balance is conducted, the negative and positive poles of the 'delay' battery must be
connected respectively to the positive and negative terminals of the charger,
the supply of DC power, and the charging must be conducted
independently.)
b. The balance charging must be conducted for the batteries in normal use every
2-3 months.
c. The balance charging must be conducted for batteries that have not been
used for a long period of time before use.
9.2.4. Loading balance
a. Charging with a current of 4A
b. When the charging voltage reaches 31.2V (12 × 2.6V = 31.2V) and air bubbles
to occur in the electrolyte solution, the current must be reduced by 50% (2A) and
continue loading.
c. When the batteries are fully charged, stop for half an hour and
charge again with a current of 1A for one more hour.
d. Stop for another 0.5 hours and charge with a current of 1A for one more hour.
e. Repeat according to item d until the air bubbles occur violently in the
batteries as soon as the charger is connected.
9.3. Storage
9.3.1. Batteries should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse.
with a temperature of 5-40°C. The valid shelf life is 2 years. The batteries
must be maintained according to the following requirements during the
storage:
a. The batteries must be kept out of direct sunlight and at least 2 m away from
heat sources.
b. Avoid contact with harmful substances. No metallic body should be thrown away.
inside the batteries
c. The batteries should not be placed upside down and should not be subjected to
impacts of mechanical and heavy compression.
d. Batteries should not be stored with electrolyte solution. When required,
in a special situation, the batteries should be stored with solution
electrolytic, they must be fully charged and their density and surface
liquid must be adjusted to the stipulated values. When the period of
Storage for a month, the batteries must be charged
complementarily with the normal loading method.
During transport, tipping and turning upside down are not permitted. The collision

11.2. It is prohibited to press the up or down buttons while the
the forklift is moving and frequently switching between the two buttons, which
It may damage the forklift and the materials.
11.3. Do not move the control arm quickly or too often.
11.4. It is not allowed to place heavy materials quickly on the forks.
11.5. The forklift should not be overloaded. When overloaded, the forklift
will not be able to operate normally.
11.6. The center of gravity of the materials must be placed between the two forks, if
On the contrary, the forks will be damaged and the materials will fall during the operation.
11.7. It is not allowed to load loose and unstable materials on the forklift forks.
11.8. Do not leave the materials on the forks for a long period of time.
11.9. Quick conversion in narrow corridors is prohibited. In order to ensure safety
the people and materials, the forklift should turn slowly in this situation.
11.10. When the forklift is not in use, the forks must be lowered to the
lowest position.
11.11. Never place any part of your body under heavy materials and forks.
11.12. The forklift is suitable for use on level ground and should never be parked on
decline for a long period of time.
11.13. Overloading or operation on a slope is prohibited. Otherwise, the wheel will slip.
damaging the wheel and the engine. The safety of people and materials will be affected.
11.14. Repairing on your own before training is prohibited.
11.15. The operation of the forklift below the stipulated voltage of 20.4V is prohibited.
It is prohibited to directly connect the plug with AC power supply to
reload.
11.17. When the fork lift height exceeds 500 mm, the forklift must
