Greetings of the Day!!
We have received your resume and all the updates related to ongoing interviews will be
available on your CGS Account.
If you want to attend any scheduled interview, you have to mark your
interest for that respective interview within the stipulated time.
Unless you don't select your interest as “INTERESTED”, your profile will
not be visible to the respective recruiter as the recruiters are also using
CGS only to track your application.
You are suggested to check your CGS frequently and mark your Interest for
the interviews.
Read Till the End to understand how to use CGS for your placements.
Once Logged In, Navigate through the Top of left side. Find 3rd & 4th tab for interview
related updates.

By Clicking on My Interviews, there are two options at top of the centre:
A. Ongoing Interviews
B. Total Interviews
A. Ongoing Interviews:
If there is any ongoing hiring, it will be visible to you in this section where you can check
details about interview.
Click on the View Job Description button to know details before marking your interest.
To Mark your Interest, there is a question as Are you Interested?
You can select either Yes or No, you have to reconfirm your selected option on
clicking ok again.
If you Mark your Interest as “Interested” by selecting “yes”, your profile will
directly be visible to a recruiter for further Interview Process.
If You Mark your interest as “Not Interested” by selecting “No”, your profile
will not be visible to the recruiter for further Interview Process.
Note: You have to mark your interest for every newly added interviews within the
stipulated time and if not, your profile will not be visible to the respective
recruiter even if you wish to. Neither can you mark your interest once the link expires
after the said duration.
Based on your marked interest and recruiter Criteria/action, your profile will either
get Shortlists or Rejects, it will show as “Shortlisted for interview” or “Not
Shortlisted for interview” accordingly.
Interviews in this section will be there until the interview process is going on. Once
Interviews are done, they will ultimately vanish from the Ongoing Interview tab.
Further these details can only be visible in total interview section.
B. Total Interviews:
This tab Indicates your interviews scheduled along with your Interest, Eligibility Status,
Interview Status, and Feedback if any.
Apply Links:
If any company is directly hiring through any personalized link, the respective links will
be reviewed, confirmed, and then will be visible to you on this tab. You can apply on
the respective opening directly through that link where you have to submit your
application as requested.

Important points to remember:
1. Make sure to mark your interest after reading complete Job
Description
2. Only your marked interest doesn’t assure you about interview as
recruiter may cancel your application at any point of time during
the interview process.
3. Your selection/rejection is not in control of Clariwell in
whatsoever manner.
4. Make sure to be true with placement team and hiring team of
respective company.
5. Hiring company may modify/cancel any given interview at any
instance.
6. Candidate has to join the company if selected for the role.
7. Your CGS account is valid till your placement and will be
deactivated after your selection.
8. Your candidature may be cancelled without any due of lie if you
failed to meet agreement norms.
