INTRODUCTION

Statistics is known as a science; what it seeks is to try to gather,

organize certain information to make it easier to understand and analyze it
what is sought is fundamental for many tasks in our daily life
since we are based on searching for information in the study or work that is
they develop.
Regarding occupational safety and health, it is vital to understand and comprehend
statistically things as most of the time is based on
develop statistics for work accidents, occupational diseases,
worker absenteeism and many important topics that we address
to improve the work environments.

This work is developed with that purpose, for people to be trained and
comprendancómo funcionan cada una de las características y hasta que nivel
examples can be developed so that others understand better the
information that has been collected.

1. Choose three types of variables

2. Build a frequency table and a statistical summary for each variable.

3. Find the arithmetic mean, median, and mode for each of the variables.

4. Find the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, skewness, and kurtosis for

each of the variables.

Ordinal Qualitative Variable: it is one that presents an order or classification of data.

taxi company, which was rated where: 1-Very Satisfied, 2-Little Satisfied, 3-

CONCLUSIONS
It is one of the essential tools that can be used in any field.
in our life, whether work-related, social, or family-related, we can develop any kind of
information for you to understand what we wish to represent.
A class of examples of the different types of statistics was previously developed.
and we can note that there are too many of which we can use depending on the
information that we are going to represent.
