Arithmetic Mean: Since the data is not grouped, the following formula was used.
Median 3
Fashion 2 and 4
Median: Since the data is ungrouped, we take the middle value, which in this case would be
3 corresponds to Moderately Satisfied.
Mode. In this specific case, the mode is the data with the highest frequency. For this
if we find that it is a bimodal trend since the maximum number of repetitions
se da para dos números 2: poco satisfecho y 4: satisfecho.
Since it is a qualitative variable, the following measures of dispersion will be used.
Discrete quantitative variable: They are those that only take certain
values and not just any value that is found between two of them, when it can only
take integer values.
Example: To know how often people fill gasoline in their vehicles
On one day in the town of Medellín, 100 people were surveyed and these were the

The relationship between the number of tankings and the number of stops on the route is stable.
both and that at certain moments as X grows Y grows, but in the majority
of time behave very similarly.
CONCLUSIONS
It is one of the essential tools that can be used in any field.
in our life, whether work-related, social, or family-related, we can develop any kind of
information for you to understand what we wish to represent.
A class of examples of the different types of statistics was previously developed.
and we can note that there are too many of which we can use depending on the
information that we are going to represent.
