ecological, tools for ecological efficiency, sustainable development and

components of conventional agriculture, in order to generate proposals for
implementation in the productive systems of the region

Apply alternative models of agriculture

Alternative agricultural models emerge as options for solutions to the

negative effects of conventional farming; therefore, it is important to distinguish the
differences and to be able to compare their advantages and disadvantages. It is also necessary to know
how alternative practices can be applied in a region.

2. Propose the application of some alternative agriculture practices in two

main production systems of your region.

Based on everything learned in this lesson about agriculture, I would like to propose,
in the productive base of cocoa, and banana as it is very common in my region Tame
Arauca, the following agricultural practices:

Use of dead covers: these plant residues already protect the soil,
and greater fertility
Biological control: it helps us prevent diseases and more pests
and better control is obtained.
Wastewater management: since it helps the environment and saves
water
