BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Cromotherapy is a therapeutic technique that applies color to acupuncture points to help

restore the internal energetic balance of the physical body.

La medicina tradicional china nos muestra como relacionar la salud con el yin y del yang, cómo la salud
it can become unbalanced, how can we assess this imbalance and how can we try
reset it.

Directly relate diseases to climate changes such as wind, cold, humidity,

dryness and heat in general that go beyond a person's adaptability, considering them as
pathogenic factors in various diseases.

The body constantly adjusts its function to adapt to the change of these five factors.
climatic. When the internal body fails to adjust to these external factors, the
disease.

The basis of this chromopuncture (as well as energetic and cranial chromotherapy) is developed in the
simple relationship of the energies of the five elements associated with six colors.

HEALTH
The body is constantly regenerating.
We can observe it in the nails, the hair, the skin... as the fastest regeneration, and others
like the skeletal system, like slower regeneration. It is considered that the body can take
regenerate completely in 6 to 7 years.

But for the body to regenerate, it needs the correct information. This information
obtained from the DNA found in each of the cells of the body.

However, this information can be altered by everyday life experiences.

We can consider the person as:

Spirit

Mental
Emotional

Physical

The person in their daily life or experience can become blocked or disturbed in these different ways.
levels. A disruption in these levels, held for a long time, could cause a blockage or
alteration in the information that the cell receives from the DNA.

The cell regenerates with the information it receives from the DNA, without discriminating whether this information is
correct or incorrect. If the information is correct, the cell regenerates correctly, if it is
the information is incorrect, the cell regenerates incorrectly, manifesting the alteration at the level
physical.

The blockages or disruptions at these levels such as mental, emotional, energetic, or physical,
can alter the information that the cell receives from the DNA. A block or alteration in one of them,
can affect others.

At an energetic level, color can help restore balance, it can help balance the
altered energy.

THE COLOR
In the field of chromotherapy and in other areas, when we talk about color, we talk about its wavelength.
about wave and frequency. Since there are many books that discuss it and the properties of color, not
I will delve into this section. Color is much more than a simple frequency. The frequency of
Color is only one of the manifestations of color. In this manual, color is taken as energy and
means of transmitting information.

First of all, let us distinguish diagnostic colors (according to TCM) and treatment colors.
Traditionally, the colors associated with the five elements, red, yellow, white, black, or blue
and green are considered diagnostic colors. When the body falls ill, when there is
an element in imbalance, the color of this element manifests in the person, in their body
physical.

It is also true that certain Eastern traditions apply the color of the elements (the colors of
diagnosis) to heal the body. They do it with the practice of visualizing colors.

We could consider that the colors seen do not work at the same level as the colors of light.
that we apply. The colors that we apply are colors of a certain
frequency and energy. The colors that are visualized are colors that we do not see with the physical eyes, they are
of different energy and frequency. All of them will have their effect on different vibrational scales, to
different levels of the body.

Treatment colors in CromoPuntura EnergyCrom:

In practice, we maintain the color association that we apply in Energy Chromotherapy and
Cranial EnergyCrom (See manuals). We associate the treatment color of the light lamp with some
specific energies, in this way we can transmit with color the energies of cold, heat, humidity,
dryness, wind and balancing them in addition to restoring the information.

THE YIN AND THE YANG

We live in a dual world and this duality is expressed relatively. Traditional Chinese medicine
denotes each part of the duality Yin and Yang. According to its philosophy, yin and yang are the forms in
that energy manifests itself, both in the universe and in man. These manifestations are found
at the same time in contradiction and in interdependence.

For a good balance, the yin and yang energies must be equal.

Yin-yang balance

However, this does not always happen.

Many times these energies are unbalanced due to an excess of yin or an excess of yang.

Excess yin Excess of Yang

At other times they are unbalanced due to a deficiency of yin or a deficiency of yang.

Yin deficiency Yang deficiency.

There could also be a case of an imbalance in the two energies.

Excess yin Excess of Yang

Health from this point of view is nothing more than the product of the balance between these two principles.

THE FIVE ELEMENTS

The application of the theory of the five elements in the medical field means interpreting the relationship of
inter-dependence and inter-control between the organs, viscera and the correlation between man and the
nature. In this table we can observe the relationship of the 5 elements.

ELEMENT WOOD FIRE EARTH METAL WATER

Bazo - Kidney
YIN ORGANS Liver Heart Lung
Pancreas Adrenal glands
Vesicle Intestine Intestine
THE VISCERAS Stomach Bladder

There is a very close coordinating relationship between the organs and viscera and the five senses.
the tissues. Each energy channel of an organ connects with the energy channel of a viscera.

The main physiological functions of the organs are to form and store nutrients.
fundamental. The main functions of the organs are to receive and digest food, absorb
the nutrients, transform and excrete the waste.

The theory of the five elements holds that the

wood, fire, earth, metal, and water are
the basic elements that constitute the world
material. There is an interrelationship between them.
generation and inter-inhibition, which determines its
state of constant change and movement.

The wood dominates the earth, the earth dominates the

water, the water dominates the fire, the fire dominates the
metal and the metal dominates the wood, closing the
circle.

We can also observe that each element

an energy is associated with it.

THE FIVE ELEMENTS

If we specify a little more, we can say that to

each of the five elements corresponds to
a yin energy and a yang energy. Thus,
we can relate each organ and each viscera
with its corresponding yin-yang energy.

Element FIRE:
The yin meridian (CO) Heart is associated with the
energy HEAT.
The yang meridian (ID) of the small intestine is given
associate the energy COLD.

Earth Element:
The yin meridian (BP) Spleen-Pancreas is assigned
associates moisture energy.
The yang meridian (ES) Stomach is associated with the
energy DRYNESS.

METAL Element:
The yin meridian (LU) Lung is associated with the energy DRYNESS.
The Yang meridian (IG) Large Intestine is associated with the energy MOISTURE.

WATER Element:
The yin meridian (KI) Kidney is associated with COLD energy.
The Yang Meridian (VE) Bladder is associated with the energy HEAT.

Wood Element:
The yin meridian (HI) Liver is associated with WIND energy.
The Yang meridian (VB) Gallbladder would be associated with the WIND energy.

Basically, the outline would be this:

Element Wood Fire Earth Metal Water
Yin Organ Liver Heart Spleen-Pancreas Lung Kidney
Energy Wind Heat Humidity Dryness Cold
Yang Viscera Gallbladder Small intestine Stomach Large intestine Bladder
Energy Cold Wind Dryness Humidity Heat

Basically, each organ (meridian) corresponds to a basic energy associated with its element.
Yin. Each organ (meridian) corresponds to a complementary basic energy.

Likewise, all the points of the yin meridians would correspond to the corresponding energy.
yin energy of its element. All yang meridian points would correspond to the energy
complementary to the yin energy of its element.
Except for the points 'SU', as we will see later.

THE MERIDIANS
The acupuncture meridian is a channel of yin or yang energy, a channel of frequencies and/or information.
(vibrational). Each meridian is related to an organ and viscera.

The energies that flow through the body's energy channels (meridians) are the same
energies that nature manifests: heat, cold, humidity, dryness, and wind.

At each meridian, we can find a certain number of points, which will serve us to
access the energy channel and manipulate it to restore its flow.

If there are energy blockages or the information is not appropriate, the result is an imbalance.
yin-yang, resonating in the physical which is the one that feeds on this energy.

In the upper extremities, the distal yin points complete the yin meridians and the distal points.
the yang meridians begin. In the lower extremities, the distal yin points begin.
the yin meridians and the distal yang points terminate the yang meridians. Thus, we can
to deduce that in the main meridians of acupuncture, energy flows in one direction.

The 12 main meridians connect the entire body, behaving like a single meridian.
making the human body an integral unit. A closed circuit within our body.
The energy travels through this circuit in 24 hours, always in the same direction, staying in each
meridian 2 hours. (Plenitude).

Meridian correspondence in fullness:

From 3 to 5 hours the Lung.
From 5 to 7 hours the Large Intestine.
From 7 to 9 o'clock the Stomach
From 9 to 11 o'clock the Spleen-Pancreas
From 11 to 13 o'clock the Heart
From 1 PM to 3 PM the Small Intestine
From 3 PM to 5 PM the Bladder
From 5 PM to 7 PM the Kidney
From 7 PM to 9 PM the Pericardium
From 9 PM to 11 PM the Sanjiao
From 11 PM to 1 AM the Gallbladder
From 1 to 3 hours the Liver

We will take into account this organic clock of the body, to know which organ or viscera is present in
fullness or not to carry out the proper treatment.

altered meridian.

Among these points, we have some with special characteristics, for example:
Some produce pain or are very sensitive to touch when pressed.

To access the interior of the meridian or energy channel, we will open or activate the point of
acupuncture with pressure. From the opening of the access point to the energy channel, we can
introduce through this point, any physical, chemical, or vibrational product.

As an example, we can apply it at an acupuncture point:

• Needles
• Moxa
• Seeds
• Magnetos
• Sound
• Music
• Flower essences
• Essential oils
• Homeopathy
• Microdoses
• Neural therapy
• Cromotherapy - color (light)
• Color (pigments)
• Electroacupuncture
• Apitherapy
• Gems

All these applications will act differently in the energy channel and will be obtained
different reactions.

Physical, chemical, electrical, or tactile stimulation generates a series of reactions at its level.

We will see that the structure of the main meridian starts at the unguinal angles and continues along the
elbow or knee joints.

On this route, there are a series of points, among which we can find the
called 'ancient SU points', or also reflex points of the five elements.

The most distal zones are those of maximum energy concentration. That is why in this journey
There are points located through which we will be able to manipulate the energy of the main meridian.

Each main meridian has 5 points that correspond to the 5 movements.

The old 'SU' points of the yin and yang meridians do not correspond to the same seasons.

THE LIGHT LAMP

To carry out the treatment, a lamp that is as manageable as possible and that has
an adjustable high-intensity beam of light. White halogen light, so that when it passes through the filters
of colors, do not modify their frequency, their energy.

One can get a small one to treat small local areas, and another lamp.
larger to address larger areas.

Small light lamps are usually practical, manageable, and don't take up much space.
Easy to transport outside the office. The downside is that they run on batteries and there are
to change them when they run out. It is recommended to always have spare batteries on hand.
Inquiry for when they run out. Also a spare bulb.

The electric light bulbs are usually found in devices that many
sometimes they are quite bulky. Some of these devices are fixed inside a
transport bag. In the market we will find several types of lamps and different
types of color filters with different frequencies.

It is important that the color is the right one. Depending on it, the result will be.
satisfactory or we simply will not have a result.

Many times we will see that it is very practical to work with two lamps at the same time depending on what.
treatments, or when we constantly use two different colors, and thus we do not lose.
time changing the color filter.

The chromotherapy kit - Kromo Kit - that I use to work with chromopuncture is
composed of:

1 FLASHLIGHT.
It is small in size (13 cm) and lightweight. It has a switch and
adjustable light beam by rotating the head. It has a clip for
Pocket fastening, two AAA alkaline batteries (R-03), and a bulb.
replacement halogen.

6 COLOR FILTERS in plastic support.

Filter 1 - Yellow color = for energy blockages.

Filtro 2 -Color Rojo = da energía ‘calor’.
Filter 3 - Orange Color = gives 'cold' energy.
Filter 4 - Blue Color = gives energy 'humidity'.
Filter 5 - Green Color = gives energy 'dryness'.
Filter 6 - Purple Color = for wind energy.

The color filter is used for color therapy in general. If you wish, it can also be
test the colors needed by the patient through kinesiology, radiesthesia, and pulse
(Rac/Vas).

1 QUARTZ FILTER for chromopuncture. We use it by placing it

on top of the color filter.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION
The application methodology can be the same as that used by the acupuncturist so far according to their.
knowledge and practice in the subject, replacing the needles with color or complementing it.

To evaluate the physical and energetic state of the person, we can use the methods we know:
Chinese Medicine: pulse, urine, 5 elements. Voll electroacupuncture diagnosis, Su-Jok, Reflex.
Auriculo-Vascular, Kinesiology, Radiesthesia, Kirlian Camera, Astro diagnosis-Biorhythms, cards
Energy, Color Test, Geopuncture, etc.

For the localization of points, nowadays there are anatomical tables with bone references and
muscles that greatly facilitate the search for the point in the subject.

We can help each other with a point finder to position ourselves correctly and see what energy
It has, and to know whether to tonify or disperse.

Pressure is essential in the application of chromotherapy. Therefore, in general,

we apply the color through a transparent quartz. The pressure at the point of
Acupuncture acts like a key, opening the point of the meridian. When we have
open the point, then the energy, the information we add for this
the point is absorbed, enters the acupuncture meridian. The energy and
information penetrates the meridian through the pressed point. This detail is important in
chromotherapy, as well as in other therapeutic practices that work with points of
acupuncture.

We will apply the corresponding color between one minute and five minutes, gently pressing down on the.
punto con el cuarzo para activarlo, y el color será transmitido en el meridiano. Cerraremos el punto de
acupuncture placing a finger on the open point and our thought with the intention of
close the point.

ESSENTIAL NOTIONS
Position
Regardless of the position, sitting or lying down, it is essential that the patient is relaxed and
comfortable.

Quartz pressure
It depends on the physical conditions of the patient. Light pressure is advisable in the following situations.
casos: Primer tratamiento, dolor agudo, zonas edematosas y debilidad.

A higher pressure can be used in:

Chronic problems and patients without complications.

The application can be bilateral, first one side, then the other.

Treatment duration:
It usually lasts between 1 minute and 5 minutes per point. It can repeat when it reappears or when it is.
necessary.

REMEMBER
The treatment should be done in a dark room or with the least light possible.
Do not treat the patient during digestion.
Do not treat a pregnant woman or a heart patient.
Avoid manipulation of bruises, scars, or wounds.
Stop the treatment if symptoms worsen or no improvement is observed.
Keep the tip of the quartz clean before each treatment.
Before the measurement, remove all objects worn on the body.
Do not apply color on epileptic or photophobic individuals. 26

EVALUATION METHOD
We can start practicing with the easiest points to locate, the distal points.
of the hands and feet.

We will use a point finder that has a digital or analog numeric display and we will adjust it to the
maximum scale (e.g.: value 100).

We will consider the value 50 half scale as normal theoretical state.

Values below 50 will be considered as hypofunction.
Values that exceed 50 will be considered as hyperfunction.

EAV-Test program chart

You can download this software program EAV-Test from the website:[Link]

We can use some software to keep a record and track the points.
Where we can observe which acupuncture point is most affected in relation to the others.

We will tonify the acupuncture points with hypofunction (below the value of 50) with the color
corresponding to the meridian and/or to the 'SU' points.

We will disperse the acupuncture points with hyperfunction (above value 50) with the color.
opposite to that corresponding to the meridian and/or to the points 'SU'.

APPLICATION AT DISTAL POINTS

Locate the distal acupuncture points according to these tables and we will check in what situation they are.
They find. Next, we will apply the corresponding basic color to the point and meridian.

Tone when there is hypofunction at the acupuncture point. (A deficit of energy).

Disperse when there is hyperfunction at the acupuncture point. (An excess of energy).

By applying the corresponding basic color to these tables, what we would be doing is enhancing the
basic energy of the point and the meridian. By enhancing the basic energy, it could be achieved
partially restore the alteration of the meridian.

There are several additional factors that should be taken into account when applying color at the points.
dísales:

• In the energy channels, energy flows in one single direction.

• The energy that alters or blocks the energy channel can be any of these five:
Heat, cold, humidity, dryness, and wind.

CONCLUSION
This simple manual aims to present a chromotherapy treatment from an approach
related to the energies of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

On how to evaluate acupuncture points...

To take into account the energy imbalance that may exist in them...
To know the treatment color related to the energy of the 5 elements...
To know how to apply the corresponding color with the help of a quartz...

With the development of this chromotherapy, we managed to associate the base energy of the
main meridians and their acupuncture points with the energy of the five elements.

The energies that are retained or blocked in the energy channels can be any of
five o'clock.

He is looking for points, he will only indicate to us if the energy of the measured point is in excess or in
deficit, but it will not indicate to us what type of energy is in excess or deficit.
For this, we would have to use another tool such as the pendulum to be able to
detect what type of energy is altering the original energy of the meridian.

It must be taken into account that ALL colors affect energy in one way or another.
another.

Every color acts on the body's energy by modifying it, subtracting it, adding it,
cancelling it, balancing it or unbalancing it.

Each color produces some result, a reaction of energy.

Whether this reaction is positive or not depends on whether the chosen color has been the right one.
of the treatment time and the selected acupuncture point.
