CREATURE INDUSTRY
TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Delivery time: 10-15 days after your order with advance payment.
2. Payment terms: 100% advance payment in case of bank nancing.
3.25% advance in case of self-nancing rest 75% to be paid Before Delivery of Machine
4. Packaging & forwarding: will be charged extra as actual.
5. In case of costumer wants petty packing then it will cost as per the machine size.
6. Installation: The installation and demo service will be provided. Buyer should pay
engineer's round way ticket, food and room (all labor charges according to machine).
Company will communicate the day and time slot of the scheduled installation and demo
through a call from head ofce (Oil expeller and Patthar Chakki installation will not provide
by company.)
7. Company will provide only 1 visit for the installation, rest visit are for service. Buyer must
arrange all necessary requirements like electricity wiring, electricity supply & raw material
etc.
8. The authorized service engineer will provide details demo that includes Usage of product.
Explain all the functionality of the product. Preventive maintenance action to be taken.
9. Product must use according to the instruction given by company authorized service
engineer.
10. Modication or alteration of any nature made in the electricity circuitry/or physical
construction of the set that do not conrm to the recommended operating conditions of the
machine will not consider any legal claim by the company
11. Defects due to cause beyond control like lighter, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while
in transit to the service center's or purchaser's residence will not consider any legal claim by
the company.
12. After billing If the buyer fails to operate the purchased machine after providing all the
instruction given by the authorized service engineer will not consider any legal claim by the
company.
13. Cancellation of order: In case of order being cancelled the entire amount of advance will
be forfeited. In case order is being cancelled due to company's reason then your advance
payment will be adjustable but in case reason is from buyer's side then it is neither adjustable
nor refundable.
14. Validity: after booking of machine your advance payment valid for 30 days only.
15. After purchase once your machine will be used by you it will neither refundable nor
adjustable.
16. Company does not work on second hand machinery.
17. Once our authorized person will reach at your place for installation or for any service then
it is costumer responsibility to provide picup & drop facility to the nearest transport area.
18. After completing the required service or installation it is costumer responsibility to free up
the authorized person as soon as possible otherwise it will automatically charge 500 rupees
per hour to be paid by customer.
19. Company strictly states to the customer to behave very polite and respectfully to our
authorized person i.e. service engineer.
