Cost includes cabinet manufacturing, hardware, and handles as per design and estimate. Installation cost is also included as specified in the
estimate.
PVC Sheet, Veneer, Digital Lamination, Lacquer Glass and Acrylic sheet will be charged extra as per the actual rate.
Electrical Appliances are not included in the estimation.
Profile handles will be charged additionally.
Wardrobes come with 2 drawers for up to 2100mm width. Additional 2 drawers can be added beyond 2100mm width.
Drawers, baskets, or any additional accessories will incur extra charges based on actual cost.
Any curved, multi-layered, or intricate design on exterior surfaces will result in additional charges.

Handle:- We consider each handle up to 150 rs. but if customer wants to purchase then adjustment wont be allowed
in the estimation.
High-gloss lamination, acrylic sheet, or any lamination may contain minor scratches, an industry-wide occurrence, which customers are advised
to accept.

Quoted prices are valid for this proposal only. Design modifications may lead to price adjustments.
The above quoted rates are estimates based on the initial discussions. Designs are subject to change until the design phase is finalized. Quoted
prices may vary based on actual measurements or design changes made at your request or as per your instructions.
Deep cleaning for your home post handover can be provided by Asense at an extra cost(6 rs./sft+ GST will be applicable).
Floor covering for your existing flat will incur an additional charge of 8 rs./sft + GST. It must be ordered prior to the commencement of production
work.
We will perform one cleaning of our installed work before handover. We hold no responsibility for any issues after the cleaning.

All interior design services follow the below schedule:

1. Site Visit:
Measurement planning after booking amount is paid.
2. Agreement:
Signing the agreement as per Asense Interior's policy.
3. Design Schedule:
Design initiation date subject to Design team’s schedule.
7 working days for 3D structure creation from design start date.
Initial Discussion with the Design team (max 2 hours per draft).
10-15 working days* for the First Cut Design after initial discussion.
3-7 working days* per iteration based on feedback.
Milestone Payment of 5% for Final Design Phase.
Allowance for 3 design drafts within 30 working days.
Extension available at Rs. 25,000 for an additional design draft.
Design approval confirmation via email for both Design and Estimation.
Payment initiation from your side to proceed to Production.
4. Design Services:
Pause option for a maximum of 60 days.
Painting and lights suggestions available if booked with us.
High-quality 3D Render services at an extra cost.
Sales/Initial Estimation is subject to change based on the final design.

Projects exceeding 25 lac will entail a customized schedule based on work complexity. A minimum of 100-120 working days (excluding pre and
post-production) will be allotted.
Asense guarantees completion of interior work within the stated working days, commencing from the date of final sign-off on all drawings,
payments, final site measurement, provision of keys, and issuance of work permit letter for the initiation of production.
Asense allocates a 15-day buffer for unforeseen situations.
Site changes during installation not included in delivery time. Asense not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors or beyond control.
Availability of service lift, power supply, and bathroom within the flat is essential for on-site work. Asense cannot commence work without these
facilities.
DG/Power backup necessary for installation to meet deadlines; without it, achieving the timeline is uncertain.
Extra work (painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is an additional charge and will extend the timeline.
During installation, internal wall damages may occur. One coat of painting post woodwork completion will incur an additional charge.
Once the false ceiling light map is confirmed, we'll provide the furniture lights estimation.
No third-party work during our execution. Third-party work only after our handover. Warranty void otherwise.

After Sales Service(one year validity from the day of Handover):-
Service provided only for manufacturing unit issues.
Service excludes glass, mirror, handle, rusting issues, etc.
Customer-inflicted damages are not covered by this service.
A one-time visit from Asense incurs a service charge of Rs. 2000.
10-year limited warranty valid from purchase date. Warranty claims subject to approved inspections by Asense Inside Private Limited.

Warranty is not applicable on the below terms:-
To products or furniture that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, altered, misused,
or cleaned with wrong methods of cleaning or cleaning products or material.
Unusual wear and tear, scratches, cuts or damage caused by impacts or accidents or by abnormal or unintended use of
the product or furniture.
If products have been placed in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic
purposes or outdoors (unless otherwise stated).To consequential or incidental damages.
The warranty is not absolute and is applicable only on the modular wood work.
Our quality control teams decision on warranty validity or damage is final and binding on the purchaser.
Hardware materials like Normal Hinz, Channel, Screw, Lights, Quartz, Granite, False Ceiling, Fixing work
,Paint, Bathroom Slider, Electrical work doesn't comes under any kind of warranty.
Warping and cupping in plywood/ HDWR is caused by a combination of moisture and heat. So up to 8mm bend may possible to be appear after
installation.
Panel to panel joint might have 1-3 mm gap after installation because of unevenness of wall and floor.
If water leakage/water pours on the panels for more than 2-3 days on continuous basis &water marks are visible on the panels then warranty of
those panels will be void.
