a piece of metal and then bury it in damp soil with a
depth of (30 cm or more). Do not connect the ground wire to
a metal water pipe.

• Grounding cable: It must be a single core cable with the area of the
cross section of 1.15 mm2the superior.

When connected to a grounded electrical outlet, no additional grounding is required.

(consult the following figure).

Gas pipes should not be connected to telephone lines and

bars for lightning rods.

There is a risk of causing an explosion or a fire when

there is a possibility of lightning.

In a territory of 110 V, if the unit is connected to 220V by increasing the voltage individually, the output must be
grounded. The transformer must be at least 1 kW/h or higher.

Gas Pipeline

The gas pipe installations must be carried out by a qualified and authorized gas installation specialist.

1) For the connection of the boiler and gas pipes, only the piping materials that have passed the
corresponding certification of gas appliances.
The gas pipe diameter must be 3/4"
3) After the gas pipes are connected, it is recommended to conduct a leak test that must be performed to ensure
that there are no gas leaks.
A gas shut-off valve must be near the boiler, where it allows
to access.
5) Standard pipe materials that have passed tests and certifications

of its use. Be careful that the Teflon tapes do not remain inside the
gas pipes.
6) Be careful not to allow foreign substances to enter inside
the gas pipes.

Pipe insulation to prevent freezing

It is recommended that the pipes should be wrapped with insulation materials with a thickness of at least 25 mm.
(in a cold climate region or territory: use 50 mm or higher).
Do not wrap a drain valve, water filter, or air escape valve with insulation materials.

Water Pipes

The water pipe size is 1/2".

Install the water supply valve at the water inlet.
Do not tape the connection area, this allows access for maintenance.
To use this product, the water supply pressure must be at least 68.7 kPa (0.7 kgf/cm2required. This water pressure
it is estimated considering [the Operating Pressure of the boiler + the pressure drop of the hot water pipe (when the
water is flowing) + reserve].
Open the water valve and allow all foreign substances in the water pipe to drain before connecting the water pipe to
the boiler. After the connection, a leak test must be performed; then, close the water valve, remove the water filter, and clean it.

When the water supply pressure is insufficient, it is recommended to use an automatic water pump, do not install the
bomb in the boiler room. There is a risk of a possible fire.

Hot Water Pipe

The water pipe size is 1/2".

Do not tape the connection area, to allow access for maintenance. The hot water pipe should be as short as possible and
It must be installed on a negative slope of 1/100 to 1/200 to drain correctly.

• Install the hydraulic shock absorption device where the hot water pipe is connected to the boiler, in order to
avoid damage to the pipe and/or the boiler caused by water hammer.

Heating Pipe

The heating tube measures 3/4".

Heating pipes are generally buried in the ground. However, do not bury the connection area to allow access.
for future maintenance.

The diameter of a heat supply pipe must be the same as that of a water exchanger tube.

Install a drainage valve at the lowest point of the heating pipe to allow hot water to drain.
if necessary.

Install an automatic air release valve or a manual air release valve at the part
superior of each radiator to prevent air or steam from filling the radiator.

Use a collector for radiant flooring with a manual or automatic bleeder at the top of the collector, so that it can
remove the air from the pipes of each room during the test operation.

The unit must be installed in a place with adequate drainage.
